It is a bundle of value vouchers powered by Grab and our travel partners, put together to help you enhance your travel experience.

Travel Pass is made up of four (4) components: Grab Rides, Flights, Hotels and Attractions.

Grab Rides:

  • 2x RM5 OFF vouchers to or from KLIA/KLIA2.
  • 2x RM5 OFF vouchers to or from Airports outside of Klang Valley.
  • 2x RM5 OFF vouchers for any rides.

Flights:

  • Malaysia Airlines: 1x 15% OFF flight ticket.
  • Firefly: 1x RM10 OFF flight ticket

Hotels:

  • Agoda: 1x 8% OFF hotel booking.

Attractions:

  • Klook: 1x RM20 OFF attractions.

GrabPay:

  • GrabPay: 4x RM30 OFF GrabPay online payments (valid at Malaysia Airlines, Firefly, Agoda, and Klook only).

Purchase the Travel Pass located in the Grab app home screen and receive the vouchers in your ‘My Rewards’ page within 15 minutes of a successful purchase. Then simply redeem the vouchers as follows:

  • Malaysia Airlines vouchers: Redeem only on Malaysia Airlines mobile app and Malaysiaairlines.com
  • Firefly: Redeem only on Firefly mobile app and fireflyz.com.my.
  • Agoda vouchers: Redeem via Hotel tile in Grab App.
  • Klook vouchers: Redeem via Attraction tile in the Grab App.
  • Grab Transport vouchers: Apply when making transport booking to/from airport in home country in the Grab app.

Yes, the Grab Travel Pass is limited to 1 Travel Pass per Grab user.

Once purchased, Grab Travel Pass cannot be refunded.

Grab Rides:

  1. Book a ride.

  3. Tap on “Use Now” – Note: Airport vouchers are only valid with airports as pick-up or drop off location.

Terms and Conditions

  • Each Grab user may only purchase 1 Grab Travel Pass. Purchases of a 2nd or more Passes will not be reimbursed.
  • Grab Travel Pass is available for purchase via GrabPay Wallet from 22 Nov 2021 to 15 Feb 2022 and based on while stocks last basis.
  • Grab Travel Pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Grab Travel Pass is not a subscription. It is a pay-per-use bundle and there is no automatic renewal nor billing cycles.
  • Vouchers from Grab’s travel partners (Malaysia Airlines, Firefly, Agoda, and Klook) are to be fulfilled by the corresponding partners.
  • Grab Travel Pass consists of vouchers as listed below:

  • The GrabRewards: Agoda Benefit (“Benefit”) is valid for all eligible Grab Platinum, Gold and Silver users in Malaysia.

  • Bookings made using e-vouchers can be changed, but subject to the applicable administrative charges/fees, and payment of the difference in fare may apply.
  • No variation, amendment or change to the terms of the e-vouchers can be made unless agreed to in writing by Firefly.
  • Firefly reserves the right to commence legal action against any duplication or unauthorised usage of the e-vouchers.
  • All travels pursuant to bookings made and usage of the e-vouchers shall be subject to prevailing policies, regulations and conditions of carriage as may set out in the respective ticket or such other document evidencing the same, unless expressly notified otherwise by Firefly.
  • The promo code is valid until 31 March 2022.
  • The promo code entitles Grab users to enjoy additional RM20 off all activities booking made through Attractions tile on Grab app (Grab mini programme) only. The discount is valid with a minimum spend of RM250.
  • The promo code is valid for all activities in Malaysia only, except hotels and staycation packages.
  • The promo code is valid for Malaysian users only and valid for one-time usage per transaction.
  • Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.

2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
