How to cancel plan

  1. Subscription plans shall only be purchased using GrabPay Credits and the said plans have limited availability. Once they are fully subscribed, they will no longer be available in the Grab app. Do take note that the plans are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  2. Subscription will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis.
  3. Reward points shall not be awarded for the purchase of a Subscription Plan. 
  4. Limited to one purchase per subscription, per user.
  5. Users are not able to repurchase the same subscription, even if all your voucher have been utilized before the subscription expires.
  6. Subscription voucher is valid for 4 weeks from the purchase date.
  7. Voucher is not valid for Multi-stop Deliveries or Web Bookings.
  8. Grab reserves the right to make changes to your plan at any time. Users will be notified in advance via email and/or in-app notifications.
  9. Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the entire terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without any prior notice.
  10. Grab also reserves the right to disqualify any participant(s) and/or reject any participant(s) for the promotion, including users who are using modified devices or have unauthorised or modified apps installed in their devices, as such tools may have the potential to modify Grab’s intended user experience and compromise privacy and account security of users.
  11. The Subscription Plans are only available on the latest version of the Grab app.
  1. You may cancel your plan at any time. However, to avoid unnecessary charges, you may wish to cancel before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal for the next cycle.
  2. To cancel your plan, go to ‘My Subscriptions’ page and view your plan details. You may cancel your plan from there.
  3. You can continue to use the vouchers that you have paid for until their date of expiry, even after cancelling your plan.


This subscription is open for all Grab users.

4-Hour Delivery is currently available for booking from 9AM – 6PM and in Klang Valley only.
