  6. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or the period has ended.
  1. Participants will need to fulfill the criteria of the weekly challenge as below to stand a chance to win weekly prizes: 

    Upon completing 10 GrabExpress deliveries, participants will stand a chance to win a RM600 Senheng voucher by answering one (1) simple question.
     Participants need to complete a sentence of “I want to win the RM600 Senheng voucher because…” in not more than 15 words based on creativity. Participants with the most creative answers will win the prize and winners will be selected by an internal Grab team.
  1. Each participant is encouraged to do more deliveries, only with the Super Sender voucher in order to stand a chance to win the Grand Prize, a Facebook Marketing Masterclass. Three (3) participants with the highest number of deliveries throughout the Challenge Period will be awarded the prize. In the event if there are winners with the same number of orders, selection will be based on the highest total value of the transaction.

  2. The reward will be issued after Grab has conducted relevant examinations, which include fraudulent checks on the participants.

  1. Winners of the Grand Prize will be contacted via email registered with your Grab account by 9 May 2022 to arrange for the awarding of prize. Winners will receive their prizes before 12 May 2022. 
  • The Facebook Marketing Masterclass is a 2-days online live webinar held by Digital Marketing Consultancy (DMC) on 12th and 13th May 2022, 10AM – 6PM. The date and time of the webinar are fixed by the provider, requests to change will not be entertained.
  1. The Grand Prize may be forfeited if we fail to reach the winners by 9 May 2022.
  2. Winners will be determined by an internal Grab team and Grab will communicate directly with the selected winners via email.
  3. The prize may be forfeited to the next winner if the participant is unable to comply with these terms & conditions.

  1. Pelan-pelan Langganan hanya boleh dibeli dengan menggunakan Kredit GrabPay dan pelan-pelan tersebut adalah terhad untuk dimiliki. Sebaik sahaja pelan-pelan tersebut dilanggan sepenuhnya, ia tidak boleh didapati lagi di dalam aplikasi Grab. Harap maklum bahawa pelan-pelan tersebut tidak boleh dipindah milik, tidak boleh ditukar dan tidak boleh dibayar balik. 
  2. Langganan akan diperbaharui secara automatik pada setiap bulan. 
  3. Mata ganjaran tidak akan diberikan bagi pembelian Pelan Langganan. 
  4. Terhad kepada satu pembelian bagi setiap langganan, setiap pengguna.
  5. Para pengguna tidak boleh membeli semula langganan yang sama, walaupun semua baucar telah habis digunakan sebelum tempoh langganan tamat. 
  6. Baucar langganan sah selama 4 minggu dari tarikh pembelian.
  7. Baucar tidak sah untuk Tempahan GrabExpress Web.
  8. Grab berhak untuk membuat perubahan terhadap pelan anda pada bila-bila masa. Para pengguna akan diberitahu terlebih dahulu melalui e-mel dan/atau notifikasi di dalam aplikasi.

  1. Anda boleh membatalkan pelan anda pada bila-bila masa. Walau bagaimanapun, bagi mengelakkan caj-caj yang tidak perlu, anda sepatutnya membatalkan sebelum kitaran bil seterusnya bermula bagi mengelakkan pembaharuan automatik kitaran seterusnya. 
  2. Untuk membatalkan pelan anda, pergi ke laman ‘My Subscriptions’/’Langganan Saya’ dan lihat maklumat pelan anda. Anda boleh membatalkan pelan anda dari situ. 
  3. Anda boleh terus menggunakan baucar yang telah anda bayar sehingga tarikh luputnya, walaupun selepas membatalkan pelan anda.

Pada masa ini, 4-Hour Delivery/Penghantaran 4 jam hanya boleh didapati untuk tempahan dari 9pg–6ptg dan di Lembah Klang sahaja.

Malangnya, GrabRewards tidak akan diberikan untuk langganan ini. Walau bagaimanapun, ia akan diberikan apabila anda menggunakan baucar anda untuk servis ‘Instant’ (Penghantaran segera) GrabExpress menggunakan Motor atau Kereta.

Langganan akan dihilangkan daripada aplikasi setelah ia berjaya dijual.
