Campaign is only valid from 1st April 2024 (00:00) to 30th June 2024 (23:59).
Campaign will end when the period ends, or when the available GrabRewards points inventory runs out, whichever earlier.
To qualify for the GrabRewards points, users need to complete the corresponding actions:
10 points for when the user gives a rating
70 points for when the user writes at least 50 words review
120 points for when the user adds a photo
GrabRewards points from the promo, rewards, or campaign will not be counted on tier progression or the extension of point expiry
Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to alter, extend or terminate the campaign, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion, at any time without giving prior notice, or compensation in cash or in kind.
Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to retract points awarded, disqualify, or reject any submission deemed ineligible for the campaign, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable.
Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this campaign.
All GrabRewards points must be utilised within the stipulated expiry. Any points not utilised by the expiry may be forfeited, and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
Unless otherwise provided, all rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
ระยะเวลาเข้าร่วมแคมเปญ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2024 (00:00 น.) ถึง 30 มิถุนายน 2024 (23:59 น.)
แคมเปญถือว่าสิ้นสุดเมื่อถึงระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หรือเมื่อมีผู้รับคะแนน GrabRewards จนเต็มจำนวนแล้ว แล้วแต่ว่าถึงกำหนดตามกรณีใดก่อน
ผู้ใช้มีสิทธิ์รับคะแนน GrabRewards เมื่อดำเนินการตามเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้:
10 คะแนนเมื่อผู้ใช้ให้คะแนนคำสั่งซื้อ
70 คะแนนเมื่อผู้ใช้เขียนรีวิว
120 คะแนนเมื่อผู้ใช้เพิ่มรูปภาพ
คะแนน GrabRewards ที่ได้รับจากโปรโมชัน รีวอร์ด หรือแคมเปญจะไม่มีผลต่อความก้าวหน้าของระดับสมาชิก และไม่มีผลขยายวันหมดอายุของคะแนน
Grab ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เพียงผู้เดียวในการปรับเปลี่ยน ขยายระยะเวลา ยุติแคมเปญ หรือแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ตามความเหมาะสมได้ตลอดเวลา โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าหรือชดเชยเป็นเงินสดหรือในรูปแบบใดก็ตาม
Grab ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เพียงผู้เดียวในการริบถอนคะแนนที่มอบให้ รวมถึงสิทธิ์ในการการตัดสิทธิ์และปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมแคมเปญที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข หรือในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้มีส่วนรวมในการกระทำที่ Grab ถือว่าไม่เหมาะสมหรือไม่เป็นที่ยอมรับ
การตัดสินใจของ Grab ในเรื่องใดก็ตามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแคมเปญถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด Grab จะไม่รับผิดชอบคำร้องใดๆ จากคุณหรือบุคคลที่สาม หรือการสูญเสียที่อาจเกิดขึ้นไม่ว่าจะในลักษณะใดก็ตาม รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงการสูญเสียผลกำไร การสูญเสียผลที่คาดหวัง ค่าเสียหายลงโทษ ความเสียหายทางอ้อม ค่าเสียหายพิเศษ ความเสียหายอันเป็นผลสืบเนื่องโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม หรือสำหรับความเสียหายอื่นๆ และคำร้องที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่ว่าจะในลักษณะใดก็ตาม รวมถึงความเสียหายโดยตรงและโดยอ้อม ความเสียหายจากบุคคลที่สาม ความเสียหายอันเป็นผลสืบเนื่องโดยอ้อม และความเสียหายอื่นใดที่เป็นผลมาจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับแคมเปญนี้
คะแนน GrabRewards ทั้งหมดจะต้องใช้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด คะแนนที่ไม่ได้ใช้ก่อนหมดอายุอาจถูกริบ โดยคำร้องให้ชำระเงินหรือชดเชยจะไม่ได้รับการพิจารณาไม่ว่าจะในกรณีใด
เว้นแต่จะได้รับการชี้แจงว่าเป็นอื่น รีวอร์ดทั้งหมดจะไม่สามารถถ่ายโอน และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือมูลค่าเครดิตได้
