GrabSpark case competition is an annual business case competition that requires both business and data skillsets. Undergraduate students across the country will have a chance to solve real-life challenges. The top 10 teams will be invited to present their solutions to Grab’s management at Grab TH headquarters and get a fast-track on the hiring process, together with rewards.
Rules and Regulations
- Eligibility: 1st – 4th year undergraduate student in both Thai and non-Thai universities
- Each team is required to have 4 members (can be in the same or different universities).
- The late submission will result in disqualification.
- Once the documents have been submitted, no additional adjustment will be allowed.

Terms and Conditions
1. กิจกรรม“GrabSpark 2024 Case Competition” นี้ จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท แกร็บแท็กซี่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“แกร็บ“)
2. วัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรมนี้มุ่งเน้นการสนับสนุนให้นิสิต นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะการทำแผนธุรกิจ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ในอนาคต
3. หากผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรมใด ๆ ตามกติกา รายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ ท่านจะได้รับของรางวัลตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด ทั้งนี้ ของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ ไม่ว่าจะในกรณีใดก็ตาม
4. แกร็บขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงระยะเวลากิจกรรม วิธีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม รางวัล รวมถึงรายละเอียดเงื่อนไข ข้อกำหนด กติกาและ/หรือรายละเอียดอื่นใดของกิจกรรม ตามที่แกร็บเห็นสมควร โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทราบล่วงหน้า
5. ในกรณีที่มีข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ เกิดขึ้น คำตัดสินของแกร็บถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
6. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องไม่นำข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากแกร็บไปใช้เพื่อแสวงหาผลกำไร หรือผลประโยชน์ส่วนตน หรือเปิดเผยให้แก่บุคคลที่สามโดยเด็ดขาด
7. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมรับรองว่าการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมใช้ภายใต้หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้จะไม่เป็นการละเมิดกฎหมายและ/หรือละเมิดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาหรือสิทธิอื่น ๆ ของบุคคลที่สาม
8. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตกลงและยินยอมให้งานใด ๆ ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นภายใต้หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้ หรือใช้ข้อมูลที่มีการเปิดเผยภายใต้กิจกรรมนี้ ถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ ทรัพย์สิน (ซึ่งรวมถึงทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา) ของแกร็บแต่เพียงผู้เดียว และแกร็บมีสิทธิโดยเด็ดขาดในการดำเนินการใด ๆ ในงานสร้างสรรค์ดังกล่าง (เช่น การเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะ การดัดแปลง และการใช้ประโยชน์จากงานดังกล่าว) โดยผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิใด และตกลงสละข้อเรียกร้องใด ๆ ทุกประการ ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมีและ/หรืออาจมีในงานดังกล่าว
