What is the On-Time Promise?
GrabFood guarantees that your food will arrive on time.
If your order arrives later than the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) shown in the app, you’ll receive a discount as compensation for use on your next order,
based on how late it is.
This service is available only in selected areas as determined by Grab.
When choosing Priority or Standard delivery options:

| Over 31 mins | 25 THB |

After selecting your food, look for the “On-Time Promise” badge under either the Priority or Standard delivery options.
⏰ If your order arrives 16 minutes or more after the ETA shown in the app,
you’ll receive a discount for your next order, based on the delay and delivery type as shown above.
Promotion Details & Terms:
- Discounts offered: 15 THB or 25 THB depending on the delay duration.
- The discount applies to your next order with no minimum spend required.
- Available in all provinces where GrabFood operates in Thailand.
- Valid for all restaurants.
- Limited to 1 redemption per user.
- Only valid for food deliveries.

- Promo codes are limited daily and available only to eligible customers.
