Campaign Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this campaign, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions which may be modified by the Company. You further agree that all decisions of the Company and Thailand Privilege Card relating to the Campaign and issuance of the Reward (as defined below) shall be final and conclusive. You further acknowledge and agree that any application for the Thailand Privilege Card is subject to separate terms and conditions and that your participation in this Campaign does not guarantee a successful application for the Thailand Privilege Card.
Eligible Participants (referred to as “you” or “Grab user”)
- A Grab user must be an expatriate living or staying in Thailand in order to be eligible to participate in the Campaign. Grab user’s eligibility will be determined by their responses to the GrabAds Lead
Form (as described below). - Each eligible Grab user gets one chance to win the Reward (as defined below) for the period specified in the Campaign Duration.
- All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Company, family members of the employees of the Company and/or advertisement representatives of the Campaign are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Campaign.
Campaign Mechanics
- The Rewards to GrabAds x Thailand Privilege Card Campaign mechanics are as follows:
In order for Grab user to stand a chance to win the Reward, the Grab user must:
(i) complete the GrabAds Lead Form for the Thailand Privilege Card Product and agree to all the terms and conditions referred to in the Lead Form during the Campaign Period via the Grab app; and
(ii) be contacted by Thailand Privilege Card and successfully apply to be a Thailand Privilege Card member.
Reward Details
- There is a total of 1 reward for 1 Grab user in Thailand to earn 30,000 GrabRewards Points (the “Reward”).
- The Reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any type of monetary value.
- The winner of the Reward will be decided by Thailand Privilege Card and such decision is final in nature. For the avoidance of doubt, Grab will not be involved in deciding the winner of the Reward.
Other terms and conditions
- The company reserves its right to not award a reward to Grab user in the event that the Company determines that there may be fraud in the campaign.
- In case of any dispute, the Company’s and Thailand Privilege Card’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
- The reward could not be transferred or assigned to other persons.
- By participating in this campaign, Grab user agrees and acknowledges that the Company may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data, provided by you to the Company, for the purpose of this campaign and in accordance with Company’s Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/th/terms-policies/privacy-notice/)
- The Company shall not be liable for any claims by users or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this campaign.
- Photos that are published on Grab app or social media for this campaign are for advertisement only.
- These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. And any disputes related will be under the jurisdiction of the non-exclusive case of the Thai court.
