BPO Skills Training

Ang 4-month ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship (BBF) Program mula sa Ateneo Center for Educational Development (ACED) at BagoSphere ay binubuo ng 1-month intensive online training na may kasamang live coach, 3 months ng job support sa mga naghahanap ng trabaho, at mayroon pang product training pagkatapos makapasa!

Bukas ito sa lahat pati sa pangkalahatang publiko. Basta’t ikaw ay eligible applicants, pwede kang maging beneficiary. Hinihikayat ng Grab lalo na kayo, ang mga partners natin sa ating Grab community (at ang inyong mga pamilya), na maging bahagi ng programang ito.
Para ito sa mga elementary at high school students (Bursary), incoming college freshmen (College Scholarships), at jobseekers na nais magtrabaho sa BPO industry (ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship). Bawat programa ay may kanya-kanyang requirements. Alamin ang mga ito bago mag-apply.
Ang school expenses aid o bursary ay bukas sa buong Pilipinas.
Ang college scholarships ay para sa incoming college freshmen na interesadong magkolehiyo sa Manila, QC, Laguna, Iloilo, at Cebu.
Para naman sa “ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship,” dapat ikaw ay nakatira sa NCR, CALABARZON, Bulacan, Pampanga, Ilocos, Bacolod City, Iloilo City, Cebu City, at Davao.

Grab is happy to partner with BagoSphere and PHINMA Education to implement the GrabScholar Program. BagoSphere supports the GrabScholar Program as the overall administrator, facilitating the screening and implementation of the Bursaries, College Scholarships, and the ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship Program. PHINMA Education is the collaborating partner for the GrabScholar College Scholarship Program, providing various degree courses through its network of universities and colleges.
BagoSphere is an online human skills school for jobseekers and workers. It partners with leading companies in the Philippines such as Foundever (formerly Sitel and Sykes), Boldr, Concentrix and Alorica to provide training in human skills (like interpersonal skills, self-awareness, teamwork and digital skills) and an accelerated pathway to full-time employment.
