It partners with leading companies in the Philippines such as Foundever (formerly Sitel and Sykes), Boldr, Concentrix and Alorica to provide training in human skills (like interpersonal skills, self-awareness, teamwork and digital skills) and an accelerated pathway to full-time employment. The company has a community of over 42,000 members and has graduated over 16,000 alumni from underserved, low-income communities in the Philippines, with a >80% job placement rate 90 days after graduation.
