Supported by the GrabForGood Fund, GrabScholar is an educational assistance program aimed at facilitating economic empowerment to uplift the welfare of the community at large. Grab empowers underprivileged students and jobseekers with scholarships and bursaries so they can have access to education, additional training, and job opportunities.

Bukas ito sa para sa mga incoming first year college students na mag-eenroll sa mga sumusunod na programa/degree: Business, STEM (maliban sa/except medical courses), at Sustainability courses. Makatatanggap ang mapipiling applicants ng full coverage ng tuition at miscellaneous fees, assistance para sa school supplies, at monthly allowance.
Grab is happy to partner with Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) and BagoSphere in implementing the GrabScholar Program. PBSP implements the College Scholarship and School Expenses Aid components of the GrabScholar Program while BagoSphere facilitates the ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship Program partnership.

BagoSphere is an online human skills school for jobseekers and workers. It partners with leading companies in the Philippines such as Foundever (formerly Sitel and Sykes), Boldr, Concentrix and Alorica to provide training in human skills (like interpersonal skills, self-awareness, teamwork and digital skills) and an accelerated pathway to full-time employment. The company has a community of over 41,000 members and has graduated over 12,000 alumni from underserved, low-income communities in the Philippines, with a >80% job placement rate 90 days after graduation.
