Terms and Conditions

  1. Effective 1 April 2022, Grab users will now be awarded “additional” GrabRewards points for qualified spend on Hotels under the “Hotels GrabRewards points issuance programme”.
  1. To earn GrabRewards points from qualified spend on Hotels, Users must:
  • Have a Grab account with an active GrabRewards points wallet GrabRewards tier membership,
  • Accept the information sharing with Agoda or Booking.com (“Partner”), prior to transacting on Hotels tile,
  • Complete the booking transaction and/or reservation on the Grab app via the Hotels tile, for either Partner’s services,
  • Complete the stay and make payment under each User’s own name, where checkout and payment will be verified by our Partner.
  1. This programme is not applicable to users that are registered on Grab using a phone number with an Indonesia (+62) dialing code.
  1. The additional programme earn rate for qualified spend on Hotels for all bookings is based on the user selected currency and defined as follows, effective from 1 April 2022 to 31 July 2022, for check-out on/before 31 July 2022:
  • SG: 4 points per SGD 1
  • PH: 6 points per PHP 100
  • MY: 1.5 points per MYR 1
  • ID: 2 points per IDR 10,000
  • VN: 2 points per VND 10,000
  • TH: 2 points per THB 16
  • KH: 2 points per KHR 3,000
  • MM: 2 points per MMK 1,000
  • Other: 5 points per USD 1
  1. The additional programme earn rate for qualified spend on Hotels for all bookings is based on the user selected currency and defined as follows, effective from 1 August 2022 onwards:
  • SG: 2 points per SGD 1
  • PH: 3 points per PHP 100
  • MY: 0.5 points per MYR 1
  • ID: 1 point per IDR 10,000
  • VN: 1 points per VND 10,000
  • TH: 1 points per THB 16
  • KH: 1 points per KHR 3,000
  • MM: 1 points per MMK 1,000
  • Other: 2 points per USD 1
  1. Any conversion rate used is based on the foreign exchange rate set by prevailing bank rates and calculated by our Partner on the date of the booking, and is subject to change without prior notice.
  1. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right without giving prior notice, or compensation in cash or in kind, to:
  • Withhold the issuance of GrabRewards points until the transaction and stay is completed and verified by our Partner(s),
  • Disqualify or reject any participant whose stay and/or payment was not under their own name or otherwise deemed ineligible for the campaign, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable,
  • Periodically change the GrabRewards points issuance earn rate,
  • Add or remove any Partner to this points issuance programme,
  • Alter any or all terms of or end this points issuance programme.
  1. GrabRewards points awarded in this “additional” points issuance programme is in addition to the “standard” GrabRewards points issued from using GrabPay Wallet or Mastercard (where available, see GrabPay T&Cs separately). These “additional” points are expected to be issued 70 days after check out date (e.g. check out date in April 1, receive additional points by June 10).
  1. GrabRewards points awarded in this points issuance programme will not count towards Rewards tier qualification.
  1. Grab shall not be liable to any user, Partner, or any other third-party for claims or losses of any nature.

Terma dan Syarat

  1. Bermula 1 April 2022, pelanggan Grab kini akan diberi mata ganjaran GrabRewards “tambahan” yang boleh digunakan untuk pernelanjaan yang berkelayakan untuk Hotel di bawah “program pemberian mata ganjaran GrabRewards untuk penginapan di Hotel”
  1. Untuk memperolehi mata ganjaran GrabRewards dari perbelanjaan Hotel yang berkelayakan, Pelanggan mestilah:
  • Memiliki akaun Grab dengan mata ganjaran wallet GrabRewards yang aktif, serta memegang keahlian GrabRewards,
  • Terima perkongsian maklumat dengan Agoda atau Booking.com (“Rakan Kongsi”), sebelum berurus niaga di jubin (tile) Hotel,
  • Lengkapkan transaksi tempahan dan/atau reservasi pada aplikasi Grab melalui jubin Hotel, untuk mana-mana perkhidmatan Rakan kongsi.
  • Lengkapkan butir penginapan dan buat bayaran di bawah nama Pelanggan di mana urusan daftar keluar dan bayaran akan disahkan oleh Rakan Kongsi kami.
  1. Program ini tidak boleh digunakapakai oleh pelanggan Grab yang berdaftar menggunakan nombor telefon dengan kod talian Indonesia (+62).
  1. Kadar perolehan program tambahan untuk semua tempahan Hotel bagi perbelanjaan yang berkelayakan adalah berdasarkan mata wang yang dipilih pengguna dan ditakrifkan seperti berikut, berkuat kuasa dari 1 April 2022 hingga 31 Julai 2022, untuk daftar keluar pada/sebelum 31 Julai 2022:
  • SG: 4 mata setiap SGD 1
  • PH: 6 mata setiap PHP 100
  • MY: 1.5 mata setiap MYR 1
  • ID: 2 mata setiap IDR 10,000
  • VN: 2 mata setiap VND 10,000
  • TH: 2 mata setiap THB 16
  • KH: 2 mata setiap KHR 3,000
  • MM: 2 mata setiap MMK 1,000
  • Lain-lain: 5 mata setiap USD 1
  1. Kadar perolehan program tambahan untuk semua tempahan bagi perbelanjaan yang layak di Hotel adalah berdasarkan mata wang yang dipilih pengguna dan ditakrifkan seperti berikut, berkuat kuasa dari 1 Ogos 2022 dan seterusnya:
  • SG: 2 mata setiap SGD 1
  • PH: 3 mata setiap PHP 100
  • MY: 0.5 mata setiap MYR 1
  • ID: 1 point per IDR 10,000
  • VN: 1 mata setiap VND 10,000
  • TH: 1 mata setiap THB 16
  • KH: 1 mata setiap KHR 3,000
  • MM: 1 mata setiap MMK 1,000
  • Lain-lain: 2 mata setiap USD 1
  1. Mana-mana kadar tukaran yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan kadar pertukaran asing yang ditetapkan oleh bank tertentu dan telah dikira oleh Rakan Kongsi kami pada tarikh tempahan dibuat dan tertakluk kepada perubahan tanpa pemberian notis.
  1. Grab memiliki hak yang tunggal dan mutlak tanpa perlu memberi notis awal, atau pampasan secara tunai atau barangan, untuk:
  • Menahan pemberian mata GrabRewards sehingga transaksi dan penginapan telah lengkap dan disahkan oleh Rakan Kongsi kami,
  • Membatalkan atau menolak mana-mana peserta yang menginap dan/atau bayaran yang bukan di atas nama mereka sendiri atau sebaliknya dianggap tidak layak untuk kempen ini, sama ada di bawah terma dan syarat ini atau telah terlibat dalam tindak-tanduk yang Grab anggap tidak sesuai atau tidak boleh diterima,
  • Menukar kadar pemberian mata ganjaran GrabRewards,
  • Menambah atau menyingkirkan mana-mana Rakan Kongsi untuk program
  • Mengubah mana-mana terma atau menamatkan program pemberian mata ini.
  1. Mata ganjaran GrabRewards yang diberikan di dalam program pemberian mata “tambahan” ini adalah sebagai penambahan kepada mata GrabRewards yang “standard” melalui penggunaan Wallet GrabPay atau Mastercard (jika terpakai, lihat Terma&Syarat GrabPay secara berasingan). Mata ganjaran “tambahan” ini dijangka akan diberikan selepas 70 hari dari tarikh daftar keluar (cth: daftar keluar 1 April, terima mata tambahan pada 10 Jun)
  1. Mata ganjaran GrabRewards yang diberikan semasa program ini tidak diambil kira terhadap kelayakan dalam tingkat Rewards (Rewards Tier Qualification).
  1. Grab tidak dipertanggungjawabkan ke atas mana-mana pengguna, Rakan Kongsi, atau mana-mana pihak ketiga untuk sebarang bentuk tuntutan ataupun kerugian.

AEON

  • Valid from 15 Jan 2022 – 28 Feb 2022
  • Minimum spend: RM88
  • Limited to 62,500 redemptions 
  • TWO(2) redemptions per user throughout the campaign

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
