Group Order: Terms of Service

By hosting or joining a Group Order, you acknowledge and agree that:-

General

1. Group Order is a feature under the GrabFood delivery services.

2. Please read this Group Order: Terms of Service carefully. This Group Order: Terms of Service is to be read together with the Terms of Service (collectively, the “ Group Order: Terms of Service”). By using our Service, in particular, the Group Order feature found on the Grab Platform, you are deemed to have read, agreed and understood the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service, which are applicable to you. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service, please do not use or continue using our Platform or Service.

3. All defined terms not defined in this Group Order: Terms of Service, carry the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Service

4. Grab’s Privacy Notice apply to these Group Order Terms of Services.

As a Host

1. You are responsible for ensuring that all details you entered in respect of the Group Order are accurate and complete. Grab shall not be liable (i) in the event of wrong delivery, late delivery or non-delivery of Goods that you order by reason of erroneous delivery details entered by you on the Platform; or (ii) in the event of late or non-collection of the Goods you ordered for self pick-up by reason of erroneous collection details entered by you on the Platform.

2. You are responsible for the payment of all orders placed through your Group Order. If any member of your Group Order fails to make payment, Grab reserves its right to  deduct the outstanding amount from your chosen payment option.. Grab shall not be liable for any payment disputes arising from a member’s failure to pay you.

3. The Group Order is treated as confirmed only upon you placing the order on the Platform. You shall not be entitled to amend or cancel a Group Order after it is confirmed (including any address changes initiated via the app chat or call function with the Partner). If you cancel a Group Order after it has been confirmed, you remain liable to pay the applicable order value and fees for the Group Order in full regardless of whether it has been prepared or delivered by the relevant Partner.

4. You agree that you are the main contact for the Group Order and you may contact or receive communications from Grab and/or the Partners on behalf of all members (including in relation to any issues arising from the Group Order).

As a Member

5. You are responsible for ensuring that all details you entered in respect of the Group Order are accurate and complete. Grab shall not be liable (i) in the event of wrong delivery, late delivery or non-delivery of Goods that you order by reason of erroneous delivery details entered by you on the Platform; or (ii) in the event of late or non-collection of the Goods you ordered for self pick-up by reason of erroneous collection details entered by you on the Platform.

6. You are responsible for the payment of your respective Goods and all applicable fees unless otherwise specified during checkout. If your payment option fails, Grab may deduct the outstanding amount from the host’s chosen payment option. Grab shall not be liable for any payment disputes arising from your failure to pay the host.

7. You acknowledge that the Group Order may not be amended or cancelled once the host has placed the order on the Platform and it has been confirmed.

8. Whilst you may contact Grab and/or the Partners personally, you authorise the host to be the main contact for the Group Order and the host may contact or receive communications from Grab and/or the Partner on your behalf (including in relation to any issues arising from the Group Order).

Saved Group

9. By hosting or joining a Group Order, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) The host and members of the group order can add you to a Saved Group to facilitate easier order management and future ordering. You may leave a Saved Group at any time.

10. By saving or joining a Saved Group, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Members in the Saved Group will be able to see each other’s profiles (including username, profile picture).

(b) You shall comply with Grab’s Guideline on Inappropriate and Sensitive Online Content when using the Group Order and Saved Group features. Any breach of these guidelines may result in termination or suspension of your account.

We reserve the right to add, amend or remove these Terms of Service at any time, without the need for prior notice. If you do not agree to any of the changes, you must stop using our Platform and Services. Please note that your continued use of our Platform and Services will mean that you have agreed and consented to any changes to this Terms of Service.

  • Limited to 62,500 redemptions 
  • TWO(2) redemptions per user throughout the campaign

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
