Emergency SOS Feature
The SOS button instantly alerts our dedicated Incident Response Team if pressed while a driver is online and fulfilling Grab bookings.
How to Activate:
Press and Hold: Hold the SOS button for 2 seconds until you hear a “beep” sound from the camera.
Instant Dispatch: An emergency report will be transmitted immediately to the Incident Response Team, and assistance is prioritized for a rapid response.

5. KartaDashCam’s adhesive has come off the windshield. What should I do?
This issue is caused by improper installation outside of SOP or adhesive breakdown from high windshield temperatures. Please reach out to our vendor for assistance.
