Ride Cover Plus Mystery Reward Campaign T&Cs

Terms and Conditions:

 1. This Ride Cover Plus Mystery Gift Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by GrabInsure Agency (M) Sdn Bhd (“GrabInsure”), as determined by GrabInsure subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. This Campaign is valid from 15 June 2026 until 14 July 2026, or when the reward inventory (ie. Mystery Gifts) runs out, whichever is earlier. (“Campaign Period”).
3. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, this Campaign is open to selected users (“Eligible Users”).
4. To be eligible to win a reward (“Mystery Reward”) , Eligible Users shall complete a Grab ride with Ride Cover Plus opt-in (“Qualifying Transaction”) within the Campaign Period.

5.The Mystery Reward will be credited to the Eligible User’s Grab App immediately after the Qualifying Transaction. The usage of the Reward and its expiry date shall be further subject to Grab’s Terms of Service: Payment and Rewards.
6. By opting in Ride Cover Plus, Eligible Users hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the Ride Cover Plus Programme and the applicable Grab Terms and Policies.
7. This Campaign is valid for all rides except Premium and Premium | Exec rides.
8. Each Eligible User is only entitled to win a maximum of ONE (1) redemption throughout the Campaign Period.
9. The Mystery Gifts is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in-kind. 
10. This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other incentives, promotions or campaign offered by Chubb or GrabInsure.
 
Other Terms and Conditions
  1. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible User(s) acknowledged, understood and consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
  2. GrabInsure reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Campaign, or vary any terms and conditions herein, at any time without notice. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible User agrees to access Grab website and/or mobile application to check the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis in order to make sure that they are kept up to date with variations made to the Terms and Conditions herein.
  3. By agreeing to participate in this Campaign, you hereby give consent to Chubb and GrabInsure and/or its affiliates, including their third party service providers to collect, use and disclose your information for processing and for the purposes described in Chubb’s Privacy Policy and Grab’s Privacy Policy.
  4. Eligible User(s) agree that they are in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab App. Eligible User(s) also acknowledges that the Reward is governed by its applicable terms of service. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for such applicable terms. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those of the Reward, the terms and conditions of the Reward shall prevail.
  5. GrabInsure reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Eligible User(s) and Eligible User(s) agree to be bound by those changes.
  6. GrabInsure reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify or reject any Eligible User(s) deemed ineligible for the Campaign, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that GrabInsure considers inappropriate or unacceptable.
  7. GrabInsure’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
  8. GrabInsure and its affiliates shall not be liable for any claims by the Eligible User(s) or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential, or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
  9. Furthermore, GrabInsure and its affiliates shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure event which include but not limited to act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of GrabInsure.
  10. In claiming the Reward, GrabInsure may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the Eligible User(s), to prevent gaming and fraud.
  11. Eligible User(s) agrees that they shall not question the decisions of GrabInsure without limitations or qualification and in case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Campaign, all decisions of GrabInsure shall be final and conclusive.
  12. This Campaign does not affect or change any term of the insurance policy. If there is any inconsistency between any term of this Campaign and any term of the insurance policy, the term of the insurance policy shall prevail.
  13. The Ride Cover Plus programme is not an insurance product. It is an enhanced service provided to you by Grab. The personal accident insurance is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad, a general insurer licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013 and regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. This product is distributed by GrabInsure Agency (M) Sdn Bhd, a registered agent of Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad.
  14. This Campaign and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over all the matters arising from this Campaign.

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
