Eligibility
1. This Contest is organised by Trendcell Sdn. Bhd. (“Jaya Grocer”) in
collaboration with MyTeksi Sdn Bhd (“Grab”) and is open to Jaya Grocer
active and validated members only (“Participants”), subject to the following
terms and conditions.
2. This Contest is exclusively for Participants who make purchases from Jaya
Grocer in-store and Jaya Grocer GrabMart only. Any purchases from Jaya
Grocer webstore, TikTok and Lazada will not qualify for this contest entry.
3. Any transaction made outside of Malaysia will not qualify for this Contest.
Contest period
1. Contest period will run from 19th February 2026, 12.00am to 12th March
2026, 11.59pm – Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Contest Period”).
2. The Contest will end after the Contest Period lapses. Any transaction made
after the Contest Period shall no longer qualify for any entries.
3. Jaya Grocer reserves the sole and absolute discretion to amend, modify,
discontinue or terminate the Contest at any period of time prior to the expiry
of the Contest Period without having the need to provide any prior notice nor
compensation in cash or in kind.

Contest rules/participation
1. This Contest takes place at both Jaya Grocer in-store outlets and Jaya Grocer
GrabMart within the Grab App.
2. Participants will be required to fill up a form, answer any question about Jaya
Grocer Membership and upload their receipt with a purchase minimum of
RM200 in a single receipt from Jaya Grocer with membership validated.
3. Only receipt with a minimum expenditure value of RM200 in a single
transaction made by a Participant during the Contest Period will be
considered as a valid entry for the Contest (“Qualified Receipt”).
4. Both delivery and pick-up orders via Jaya Grocer GrabMart are acceptable for
the Contest entry.
5. Any order made by the Participants utilizing GrabCoins, GrabPromos and/or
Grab subscriptions will still qualify the Participants for this Contest, as long as
Qualified Receipt requirement is met.
6. Employees of Trendcell Sdn. Bhd. and MyTeksi Sdn Bhd, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and related promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

7. Notwithstanding any other terms and conditions, Jaya Grocer and Grab reserve the right to limit the numbers of Participants for the Contest, whether in-store or in Grab App.

Winners Selection / Notification:
1. At the end of the Contest Period, submissions will be filtered based on the
details submitted from a google form, and receipt purchase uploaded.
2. The winners will then be randomly selected through a randomiser to win the
prize.
3. There will be a total of thirty (30) winners, and each winner is only eligible
for one (1) Rewards (as defined hereinafter below).
4. Winners will be notified via phone call, private message, email and/or
SMS/WhatsApp within five (5) days after the Contest Period.
5. Members are responsible for ensuring that their contact details registered in
the Grab App are accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in
disqualification, and Jaya Grocer reserves the right to select an alternative
winner at its sole discretion.
6. Jaya Grocer and Grab will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot
be contacted for whatever reason.
7. Prizes and participation slots are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for
cash or other items.
8. The winners of the Contest will be announced or informed after the end of
the Contest Period, tentatively in the third week of March 2026.
9. All winners will be contacted and/or notified via a phone call, private
message and/or email by Jaya Grocer, subject to the ultimate discretion of
Jaya Grocer, for further instructions on the prize collection arrangement.
10. Winners will also be required to submit a consent form allowing Jaya Grocer
to photograph and videograph them during the prize collection.

Rewards:
1. The Rewards for winners in this Contest are as follows: –

(Hereinafter to be referred to as “Rewards”)
2. All Rewards are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Jaya Grocer
reserves the sole and absolute right to modify or vary the total Rewards limit
without any prior notice to Participants.
3. Each winner is only entitled to win one (1) Rewards only.
4. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the Reward within the stipulated
timeline communicated by Jaya Grocer. Failure to confirm may result in
forfeiture of the Reward, and Jaya Grocer reserves the right to allocate the
slot to another participant.
5. During the prize collection process, winners may be required to present proof
of membership, registered mobile number, NRIC or driver’s license (with
photo), and/or proof of winning. Failure to provide valid documents may
result in disqualification.
6. Prize collection details will be shared with winners once prizes are available
for distribution.
7. The Rewards are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-cumulative,
non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other rewards.
8. Winners of the Rewards understand and acknowledge that Jaya Grocer and
Grab are not the manufacturer of the Rewards and has no control over the
design, manufacture, or quality of the Rewards. The Rewards are provided on
an ‘as is’ basis and without any warranty, express or implied. Jaya Grocer and
Grab shall not be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect,
arising from the use or possession of the Rewards, including but not limited
to any defect or malfunction of the Rewards. Winners agree to release,
indemnify and hold harmless Jaya Grocer and Grab from any and all claims,
liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees,
arising from or in connection with the receipt, use or possession of the
Reward.

General Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in this Contest, Participants acknowledged, understood and
consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participants shall agree to comply with Jaya Grocer’s Terms of Service &
Company Policies, and Grab’s Terms of Service applicable for the Grab
services provided, as stipulated in the Jaya Grocer official website and Grab
official website.
3. Jaya Grocer and Grab reserve the sole and absolute right to withdraw,
amend, vary and/or alter any part of the terms and conditions in relation to
this Contest, including but not limited to substitute the Rewards with other
rewards of equal value at any time without giving any prior notice to the
Participants, and Participants shall agree to be bound by such changes, if any.
4. Jaya Grocer and Grab reserve every right, to disqualify any Participants’
participating in the Contest without any cause and/or notice, in the following
circumstances: –
(a) Participant not eligible and/or qualified to participate in the Contest;
(b) Participant that fail to fulfill any of the Terms & Conditions stipulated
herein;
(c) Participant engaged in a conduct that Jaya Grocer and Grab consider
inappropriate or unacceptable;
(d) Participant breached any Terms & Conditions or other rules and
regulations of the Contest or violates any applicable laws and/or
regulations; and
(e) any other reasons Jaya Grocer and Grab deems fit at their sole and
absolute discretion.

5. Participants agree that the terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any
inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any
other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of
any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English
version and any other language’ version of these terms and conditions, the
English version shall at all times prevail.
6. Participants agree and consent that Jaya Grocer and Grab shall have the
exclusive right to use, modify, publish or display material information
submitted by Participants, including but not limited to, the full name, NRIC
identification numbers, mobile numbers, number of total entries,
photographs, town or region of the Participants in any way it deems fit for
marketing, advertising, publicity purposes and for any other reason
whatsoever without any further notice to the Participants and the Participants
shall not claim ownership or any payments or compensation thereof.
7. Jaya Grocer and Grab’s decisions on all matters relating to the Participants

shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to
dispute such decision would be entertained by Jaya Grocer.
8. Jaya Grocer and Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Participants
and/or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to,
expectation loss, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or
consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any
nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, or other damages resulting from
or in connection with this Contest.
9. All Rewards must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline (if
applicable). Any Rewards not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited, or
disposed of, or donated, at Jaya Grocer and Grab’s ultimate discretion, and
no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
10. By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to Jaya Grocer and
Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of Participants’
personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Contest (including identifying
and notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab or Jaya Grocer’s
online platforms, collection of Rewards) and for advertising, promotional,
marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in
accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Grab Privacy
Notice (https://www.grab.com/my/terms-policies/privacy-notice/) and Jaya
Grocer’s Privacy Notice (https://info.jayagrocer.com/privacy-notice/)
11. Participants warrant and represents that (a) Participants’ entry does not at
any time infringe or violate any laws and/or any third party’s rights, including
but not limited to personal data, intellectual property rights, copyright, moral
rights, trademarks or business name; (b) Participants’ entry is personal and
original.
12. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that they are required to adhere
to community standards and maintain safe and respectful behaviour when
participating in this Contest, including but not limited to refraining from
sharing inappropriate, obscene, offensive, violent, false, harmful or illegal
content. Jaya Grocer and Grab reserve the right to take any action, including
legal action or content removal, in cases where Participants’ behaviour
violates established community standards or poses a risk to Jaya Grocer and
Grab’s integrity.
13. Participants agree that the decision of Jaya Grocer and grab without
limitations or qualification and in case of any disputes directly or indirectly
arising from the Contest, all decisions by Jaya Grocer and Grab in relation to
the Contest shall be final and absolute.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
