1. Where can I find OYO on the Grab app?
From your Grab app, click on ‘Hotels’, and select ‘OYO’

2. How do I make a booking?
Once you’ve clicked on ‘Hotels’, select ‘OYO’ as your preferred booking partner. You will then be directed to the OYO’s booking service within the Grab app to book your room.

3. I can’t find or see ‘Hotels’ or ‘OYO Rooms’ on Grab?
If you do not see ‘Hotels’ on your Grab app home-screen, update your Grab app to the latest version (v5.59 or above). If you do not see ‘OYO’, if may not be available to you yet. OYO will be available to all users in Malaysia and Indonesia with the latest Grab app version, from 5 November 2019.

4. Do I need an account to make a booking?
When accessing OYO from your Grab app for the first time, you will be prompted to link your Grab account to OYO, once you click ‘Agree’, you are ready to make your first booking.

5. Do I still have to link my Grab account if I already have an existing OYO account?
When booking OYO through Grab, your existing OYO account cannot be used.

6. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email / SMS with your booking confirmation details.

7. Where can I find my confirmed bookings?
Once you click on OYO from ‘Hotels’ on your Grab app, you can see your confirmed hotel bookings under the ‘Bookings’ tab. Alternatively, you can also click on the ‘Manage Booking’ button on the top-right corner of the ‘Hotels’ page on Grab.

8. I have a question or issue regarding my hotel booking, who do I contact?
If you have a question or issue with your hotel booking, please contact OYO directly.

9. How do I pay for my OYO bookings?
You can choose to pay for your OYO booking with your GrabPay wallet and enjoy additional benefits when you do that. Alternatively, Mastercard and Visa are also accepted. You can also choose to pay for your booking directly at the property.

10. Do I have to pay for my booking before my stay for it to be confirmed?
Your bookings are confirmed with an email / SMS sent by OYO. Prepayment is not required for most bookings to be confirmed. For some OYO properties with limited rooms available, OYO may require you to prepay before your booking is confirmed. For such bookings, you will be informed before confirmation.

11. I cancelled my booking, how can I get a refund?
All payments including those via GrabPay are processed by OYO. If you cancelled a prepaid booking but did not receive a refund, please reach out to OYO. Do note that refunds may take a few working days to process.

12. Can I save a booking and make payment later?
For most OYO properties, you are able to book a room, and then pay for it later via GrabPay or other payment options.

13. I do not have sufficient GrabPay balance, how can I confirm my booking?
Prepayment is not required for booking confirmation, for most OYO properties. If you balance is insufficient, you can first confirm your booking, top-up your wallet balance as you usually would for GrabPay, before returning to make payment.

14. How can I redeem my promo code on OYO?
When you are at the OYO Hotel details page, scroll to the section “Your Pricing Details”. Enter your promo code into the coupon code field and click “Apply”. Thereafter, click on “Book Now” to secure your room. Promos are only eligible for bookings that are prepaid.
