Go to GrabExpress in the Grab App
Open your Grab app and tap on "Express".
Key in pick-up and drop-off locations
Key in your pick-up and drop-off locations.
Fill in recipient information
Key in the recipient's name, mobile number and additional drop-off details such as floor/unit no (if applicable). Then indicate the type of item and total weight.
Confirm your booking and get a driver
After confirming your booking, click "Book a Delivery". The nearest GrabExpress driver will receive your order and head to the pick-up point right away.
Track your delivery
You can track your parcel real-time in the Grab App. Your recipient will also receive an SMS with a tracking URL to check the delivery progress.

We operate 8am–12am, 7 days in a week.
However, during the Movement Control Order period, we abide by each state’s restriction on operating hours for delivery services. Please check your app or the local state government’s policies on operating hours for the latest information.
GrabExpress is a delivery service. Our delivery-partners are only expected to pick up and drop off items. We do not offer additional service to run errands, buy items or queue for any services.
Unfortunately, we do not accept advanced bookings or next day delivery at the moment.
All our drivers and riders have been trained extensively coupled with robust background checks. In the unfortunate and unlikely event that any damage or loss happens to your parcel, rest assured that your parcel is covered for up to RM500 per delivery. You may contact our customer service to proceed with the claim.

Yes, the driver may cancel your order if your package was not sealed properly and poses a risk of spillage. Please ensure that all items you send are packed and sealed appropriately to ensure minimum risk of spillage occurring in-transit.
Sender should be the paying party for all GrabExpress bookings. Our drivers or riders may cancel the booking if Sender request for Receiver to pay.

Yes, you will earn GrabRewards Points with GrabExpress transactions made by GrabPay Wallet with exception of 4-Hour Delivery and Multi-Stop Delivery
As a new policy, you may only cancel your booking within 5 minutes from booking confirmation, on the condition that your driver has not yet arrived to pick up your parcel.
