We’re always finding ways to improve the Grab service for our driver-partners and Deaf delivery-partners. However, we realise that in order to truly create an exceptional driving experience, we need to hear first-hand from those who use the platform everyday – you, the driver-partners and delivery-partners.
For this reason, we’re pleased to announce the second cycle for our Driver-Partner and Deaf Delivery-Partner Representative Committee (DRC).
As the DRC is still in its trial phase, it will only be available in 21 cities for the time being: Penang, Ipoh, Langkawi, Alor Setar, Sungai Petani, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Bharu, Kuantan, Kemaman, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Kota Kinabalu, Negeri Sembilan, Muar, Batu Pahat, Kluang, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Klang Valley, Bintulu, Miri and Tawau. As for our delivery-partners, the selected representative is only for the deaf community at the moment.
The DRC is appointed by Grab to help engage with the huge community of driver and Deaf delivery-partners. They act as the voice of the many drivers and Deaf delivery-partners to communicate feedback and suggestions to Grab Management team.

To maintain social distancing during MCO while still engaging with the Driver & Delivery-Partner community, an alternative to face-to-face DRC events was introduced which is online feedback session via Zoom.
