EVP APPLICATION
There will be no charge. The EVP application is borne by the company.
The requirement set by the authorities for e-Hailing vehicles is that they be no more than 15 years old. Therefore, you are not allowed to register a vehicle that is over 15 years old.
According to the information from APAD, you should complete the change of owner information process at the nearest JPJ branch. If your vehicle is registered with an EHO company, you need to go through the EVP cancellation process, including the Puspakom B2 inspection and conversion to private use first. Alternatively, you can submit a new eligible vehicle registration.
You can complete an interchange of ID information to a civilian ID at a nearby JPJ branch.
The EHO company will update the EVP information and related documents in the driver application.
EVP APPLICATION REJECTION
The EHO company will notify the driver about the rejection of their EVP application via WhatsApp or email.
The EVP can be cancelled if the vehicle’s EVP permit was previously revoked by another EHO company and the cancellation process has not been completed. Therefore, the driver needs to complete the EVP cancellation process at the respective EHO company.

Alternatively, if the vehicle is a rental, it may be that the previous driver applied for a permanent EVP cancellation, in which case the vehicle needs to undergo the EVP cancellation process first.
EVP RENEWAL
The EHO company will update the driver application with the latest EVP details and renewal information.
EVP renewals are processed only for active driver accounts. Therefore, if you wish to continue as an e-hailing driver, you need to submit a reboarding application for EVP renewal. However, if you choose not to continue driving for e-hailing, you can request EVP cancellation.
The expiry date of the EVP permit is fixed and cannot be edited. However, you can plan the expiry of other documents to occur close to the EVP’s end date.
The regulations set by the authorities require e-Hailing vehicles to be no more than 15 years old. Therefore, you need to apply for EVP cancellation and submit a new vehicle application.

Yes, you can register the same vehicle once it has exceeded the 30-day cooling period from the date of EVP cancellation.

6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
