When should I change the driving city?

You should consider changing the city you drive in only when you have permanently relocated to a new city, and wish to continue driving for Grab.

What are the requirements for changing my driving city?

  • Registered driver partners can request a city change once every 6 months.
  • New driver-partners will need to wait for at least three months from the date of account activation before requesting to change their Home City.
  • To have a city change request approved, your 10 most recent trips should ideally be completed in your requested new city. However, this requirement does not apply to drivers requesting to switch between West Malaysia and Borneo.

How can I request a driving city change?

Visit Help Center, choose “I would like to change the city I’m driving in” > Fill up your information > Submit request

What is the processing time for my change request?

Your request will usually be processed within 1-5 working days.

When should I change the city where I’m delivering?

You should only consider changing your delivery city if you’ve permanently relocated to a different city and wish to keep delivering for Grab.

What are the requirements for changing my delivery city?

  • Delivery partners can request a city change once every 6 months.
  • If you’re a new delivery partner, you need to wait for at least 3 months from the date of activation of your account before requesting a change in your delivery city.

How can I request a change in my delivery city?

Visit Help Center, then choose “I would like to change my GrabFood delivery city”, fill up your information, and finally, submit your request.

5. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
