Dine Out Ratings & Reviews GrabRewards Campaign ("Campaign") Terms & Conditions

  • This Campaign is aimed at encouraging Users to provide ratings and reviews following their use of Dine Out Deals.

  • This Campaign will run from 1st April 2024 (00:00) to 30th June 2024 (23:59) (“Campaign Period”) and is open to all Grab App users (“Users” or “You”).

  • Campaign will end when the period ends, or when the available GrabRewards inventory runs out, whichever earlier.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, Users who completed any of the following review actions within the Campaign Period will be automatically awarded with the corresponding number of GrabRewards:

  • User who gives a rating on his/her dine out experience will be awarded with 10 GrabRewards;

  • User who adds a photo on his/her dine out experience will be awarded with 50 GrabRewards; and

  • User who writes a review with at least 50 words on his/her dine out experience will be awarded with 40 GrabRewards.

  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to refuse the GrabReward, retract or revoke  the awarded GrabRewards, or reject any review submission deemed ineligible for the Campaign, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable which includes without limitation the following:

    • spam reviews;

    • reviews which Grab deems is inappropriate, illegal, offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable that could bring Grab, its affiliates, brands or trademarks into disrepute; and/or

    • reviews which include repetitive words or emoticons.

  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to alter, extend or terminate the Campaign, or amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, at any time without giving prior notice, or compensation in cash or in kind.

  • Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this campaign.

  • All GrabRewards must be utilised within the stipulated expiry date. Any GrabRewards not utilised by the expiry may be forfeited, and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.

  • Unless otherwise provided, all GrabRewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.

  • By submitting a review, you consent to:

    • be bound by all the rules, terms and conditions outlined herein;

    • the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the Campaign Contest and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/my/terms-policies/privacy-notice/) 

  • Grab and its affiliates to use and showcase your review, in parts or in its entirety, in any and all  Grab related  marketing activities via various channels to promote Grab’s product, services and brand.

  • The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages’ version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
