The Longest Promo Code Campaign

How does it work? 

We will post different Ramadan quotes/sayings daily in the form of a long promo code. But the real usable code is actually hidden within the quotes. We can even give hints in our caption to help people find the code. 

MECHANICS

  • Use the promo code to get RM1 off any Halal Merchant GrabFood orders
  • Each use of the promo code entitles 1 chance to be selected to donate 200,000 GRP to one GrabRewards donation partner of participant’s choice from the following:
    • Pertiwi
    • Islamic Relief MY
    • Fugee School
    • Puak Payong
    • Muslim Volunteer MY
  • Winner will be determined by highest order value using the promo code. 
  • Capped at 1,000 redemptions per promo code
  • Each promo code is valid from 28 Apr to 12 May 
  • All winners to be announced on 26 May

RULES

  • Only valid in Malaysia. Transactions made outside Malaysia will not be considered
  • Promo codes are only valid between 28 Apr – 12 May
  • Winners will be notified at the end of the campaign period
  • Winner of donation to be selected based on highest GrabFood order value made using the promo code

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. You agree that you are in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app. Each reward is governed by its applicable terms of use. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions in each reward for such applicable terms. 
  2. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to you and you agree to be bound by those changes.
  3. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Contest shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Contest.
  4. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the reward for another reward of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility. 
  5. In claiming the reward, Grab may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the donation winner, to prevent gaming and fraud. 
  6. All donation rewards must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any rewards not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
  7. Unless otherwise provided, all rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
  8. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

  • Minimum spend: RM88
  • Limited to 62,500 redemptions 
  • TWO(2) redemptions per user throughout the campaign

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
