Make 3x PayLater by Grab online or in-store purchases (min. spend of RM50 each) to claim 1,000 GrabCoins. Then, double GrabCoins for the rest of the challenge period.

Step 1: To qualify for the PayLater GrabCoins Challenge (“Challenge”), a minimum spend of RM50 online or in-store via PayLater by Grab as payment method is required (“Initial Spend Requirement”) for the first purchase during the Challenge Period. This purchase will automatically count towards the Challenge. Upon meeting the Initial Spend Requirement, users will be qualified for the Challenge.

Step 2: Continue spending online or in-store, with an additional two (2) minimum spend of RM50 via PayLater by Grab as payment method, users will:

(a) Receive 1,000 GrabCoins reward for completing the challenge and

(b) Start earning 2x GrabCoins on online purchases via PayLater by Grab until 31 October 2026. In exceptional cases, it may take up to one (1) day for the new 2x GrabCoins earnings to be reflected.

This Challenge is open to individuals who fulfill the following criteria:
(a) a Malaysia Resident;
(b) at least eighteen (18) years old;
(c) a GrabApp User who has activated PayLater;

(hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Participant”)

The Challenge is valid from 3 August 2026 to 31 October 2026 (“Challenge Period”). Participation in the Challenge is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. By participating in this Challenge, you agree to be bound by these PayLater GrabCoins Challenge Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and agree that any decisions made by Grab in respect of this Challenge shall be final and binding.
2. Each Challenge cannot be shared among users. Each Challenge is specially designed for each individual user, limited to the user who has access to the Challenge in their app. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of participants to the Challenge in their app.
3. This Challenge is only valid in Malaysia. Any purchases made with PayLater by Grab outside Malaysia will not contribute towards or be considered for this Challenge.
4. Participants must make the first purchase with a minimum spend of RM50 with PayLater by Grab during the Challenge Period and be opted in to the PayLater GrabCoins Challenge. To complete the challenge, two (2) additional online or in-store purchases via PayLater by Grab with a minimum spend of RM50 within the challenge period are required. Upon completion of the Challenge, participants will receive 1,000 GrabCoins reward and begin to earn 2x GrabCoins on online purchases via PayLater by Grab until 31 October 2026 (“Challenge Rewards”).
5. The respective Challenge Rewards will be fulfilled as below:
   • 1,000 GrabCoins reward will be awarded into users’ GrabCoins balance.
   • 2x GrabCoins earning will begin in their subsequent PayLater by Grab online or in-store purchase(s) post challenge completion, subject to a maximum cap of 60,000 users during the Challenge Period. In exceptional cases, it may take up to one (1) day for the new 2x GrabCoins earnings to be reflected.
6. The Challenge will conclude at the end of the Challenge Period and cannot be replayed once it is completed or when the Challenge Period has ended.
7. Participants can view their Challenge progress status at any time during the Challenge period via ‘CHALLENGES’ under their account in the Grab app.
8. Grab reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Challenge, with or without prior notice, and may amend, delete, or add to any of these Challenge Terms and Conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
9. Grab’s decisions in any matter related to the Challenge shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims made by participants or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from this Challenge.
10. Fraud, abuse of redemptions, or any dishonest activities related to the Challenge may result in the forfeiture of Challenge Rewards entitlement.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Step 2: Offset your preferred amount at checkout to enjoy the extra savings on your purchases with GrabPay or PayLater by Grab. Remember to use them before they expire!

Step 3: Slide or tap to pay. Successful transactions will appear in your ‘Activity’ page or ‘Finance’ page.

1. You agree that you are in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app.
2. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify or reject any participant deemed ineligible for the Challenge, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable.
3. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
4. Unless otherwise provided, all Challenge Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
