  1. These terms and conditions govern your redemption of Marvel Studios’ Eternals movie tickets (the “Reward”).
  2. Redemption is only valid from 10 to 24 December 2021 on a first come, first served basis.
  3. Grab members can redeem one (1) e-ticket with 800 GrabRewards only during the redemption period.
  4. Each member can redeem up to maximum one (1) e-ticket per Grab account, during the redemption period.
  5. This reward can only be redeemed for Marvel Studios’ Eternals movie ticket only.
  6. This reward can only be redeemed for Classic/Deluxe/Glide seats via TGV Cinemas’ website or app within Malaysia only. (Glide seats in Deluxe+ Halls) 
  7. The validity of movie tickets is subject to available TGV cinema screening times and cannot be redeemed or exchanged if the movie has finished airing in cinemas.
  8. Cash top-up is required for the redemption of Twin Seats and Premium Glide.
  9. Reward is not valid for Luxe, Beanie, IMAX, ONYX, Flexound, Infinity, Prestige Indulge and any other specialty halls. 
  10. This reward is strictly for users’ private use and not for sale under any circumstances. 
  11. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Redemption, including the mode of redemption and number of GrabRewards points required for redemption, shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this redemption. 
  12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that by agreeing to the Redemption, The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited. and its associated companies and agents (collectively, “Disney”) exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond Disney’s reasonable control and for any act or default of any third party supplier. 
  13. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the Reward for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original Reward, illegality or non-feasibility. 
  14. All Rewards must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any Rewards not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for replacement, payment or compensation shall be entertained. 
  15. Unless otherwise provided, all Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
  16. Rewards cannot be used, stacked, clubbed or combined with other discounts and promotions.
  17. You agree to and agree that you are in compliance with Grab’s Terms of Service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app and website https://www.grab.com/my/terms-policies/. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms of this fine print and the Terms and Policies, the Terms and Policies will prevail, govern and control.

  19. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this redemption at any time without giving any prior notice to you and you agree to be bound by those changes.

5. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
