How to participate in this Contest
Complete purchases of any Whiskas products on GrabMart from 1st – 31st August to stand a chance to win prizes from Whiskas for top 51 spenders.

The Prize(s):

  1. Cat Auto Feeder: 1 Winner – Top Spender on completed purchases of Whiskas Products between 1-31 August 2023
  2. Cat Toys: 20 Winners – Top 2 to 21 Spenders on completed purchases of Whiskas Products between 1-31 August 2023

Eligibility:

  1. This Contest is organized by MyTeksi Sdn Bhd (“Grab”) and is only open to selected Grab App users (“User(s)”), as determined by Grab subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. This Contest is valid for all Whiskas completed purchases from 1st August to 31st August on merchants listed in GrabMart within Malaysia. Any Grab transaction made outside of Malaysia will not contribute towards this contest.

Contest Period:

  1. Contest period will run from 1st August 2023, 12.00am to 31st August 2023, 11.59pm – Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Contest Period”).
  2. Contest will end when the Contest Period lapses.
  3. Any transaction made after the Contest Period shall no longer be entitled for Prizes.
  4. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, discontinue or terminate the Contest at any time prior to the expiry of the Contest Period without giving any prior notice, without being liable to any compensation in cash or in kind.


Contest Rules

  1. This Contest shall open to all Grab User(s).
  2. Grab User(s) are required to complete purchases of Whiskas products on GrabMart within 1st August to 31st August 2023.
  3. Both delivery and self-pick-up orders are accepted for the Contest.
  4. Every successful completion of the Whiskas products purchases made within 1st August to 31st August can be accumulated to entitle User(s) for the Contest.
  5. Each User is only allowed to participate in the Contest once and each Contest participation cannot be shared. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of User(s) to the Contest in their app.
  6. Any orders made by the User(s) utilizing GrabRewards Points, GrabPromos and/or Grab subscriptions will not disqualify the User(s) from this Contest.

Prizes

  1. All Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-cumulative, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash/credit or other prizes.
  2. Grab may, at its sole discretion, substitute the Prizes for another reward of similar value, in circumstances including but not limited unavailability of the original Prizes, illegality or non-feasibility.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in this Contest, User(s) acknowledged, understood and consent to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions.
  2. User(s) agree that they are in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab App. Each Reward is governed by its applicable terms of use. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions in each Reward for such applicable terms. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those of the voucher, the terms and conditions of the Reward voucher shall prevail.
  3. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Contest at any time without giving any prior notice to the User(s) and User(s) agree to be bound by those changes.
  4. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify or reject any User(s) deemed ineligible for the Contest, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable.
  5. User(s) agreed and consent that Grab shall have the exclusive rights to use, modify, publish or display materials information submitted by User(s) (if any), including but not limited to, the names or photographs of the User(s) in any way it deems fit for marketing, advertising, publicity purposes and for any other reason whatsoever without any further notice to the User(s) and the User(s) shall not claim ownership or any payments or compensation on the materials.
  6. Grab’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
  7. By participating in the Contest, participants consent to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of participants personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Contest (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab’s Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/my/terms-policies/privacy-notice/ ).
  8. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the User(s) or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential, or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
  9. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the Reward for another reward of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original Reward, illegality or non-feasibility. All Prizes must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any Prizes not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
  10. In claiming the Prizes, Grab may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the User(s), to prevent gaming and fraud.
  11. User(s) agrees that they shall not question the decisions of Grab without limitations or qualification and in case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Campaign, all decisions of Grab shall be final and conclusive.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. 13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
