Condition of Sales

  1. Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order will run from:
    • 1st December 2022 to 20th December 2022 for customers to place pre-orders;
    • 24th December 2022 to 26th December 2022 for the delivery and in-store pickup of pre-ordered items. Please refer to point 9 for the time slot for delivery and in-store pickup for each day.
  2. All pre-orders are final, and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable with other items or services.
  3. All the products featured in the Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order catalogue are non-halal.
  4. There will not be a cutting service provided for Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order items unless explicitly stated as an option in the order form or on GrabMart.
  5. The prices displayed for the Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order are inclusive of the applicable SST.
  6. Coupon/discount codes will not be applicable for the Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order.
  7. All product images used in the Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order are for illustrative purposes only.
  8. Please be reminded that there will be slight variations in the final weight of products, as they go through a cooking process.

Delivery and in-store pickup conditions

  1. Deliveries and in-store pickups will only be made from 24th December 2022 to 26th December 2022. The dates and time slots for deliveries and in-store pickups are as follows:
    • 24th December 2022: 11:30am – 2:30pm OR 3:30pm – 6:30pm
    • 25th December 2022: 11:30am – 2:30pm OR 3:30pm – 6:30pm
    • 26th December 2022: 11:30am – 2:30pm OR 3:30pm – 6:30pm
  2. All pre-order fulfilment choices are final. No changes will be allowed to the mode of fulfilment (e.g. delivery or in-store pickup), the date and time of delivery or in-store pickup, or the outlet for in-store pickup or address for delivery.
  3. Items in a single pre-order must all be fulfilled using the same method (delivery or in-store pickup):
    • For deliveries: All items in a single pre-order must be delivered to a single delivery location at the same date and time. 
    • For in-store pickups: All items in a single pre-order must be picked up at a single Jaya Grocer outlet at the same date and time. 
  4. For Deliveries, orders will be delivered according to the date and time slot chosen by the customer at the point of pre-order purchase (11:30am to 2:30pm, or 3:30pm to 6:30pm). 
    • There may be changes or delays to delivery time, subject to weather conditions, rider availability, etc. Customers will be notified via phone call if there are significant changes to delivery time.
    • Customers’ choice of delivery dates and time slots is subject to availability.
    • The delivery of Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order items will be made by Grab or by Jaya Grocer’s in-house delivery team. 
    • A delivery charge of RM 10 will apply for all deliveries.
  5. For In-store Pickup, customers will be required to choose their preferred pickup outlet and time of collection at the point of pre-order purchase (11:30am to 2:30pm, or 3:30pm to 6:30pm). No changes will be allowed for the pickup outlet or time of collection.
    • Customers’ choice of outlets for in-store pickup and time slots is subject to availability.
    • Customers will be required to pick up pre-ordered items at the stated date and time. Kindly bring along your receipt for in-store pickup.
    • Jaya Grocer reserves the right to dispose of Christmas pre-order items if customers do not pick up their pre-ordered items at the designated dates and times.
    • Customers’ choice of in-store pickup dates and time slots is subject to availability.

Other conditions

  1. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reject pre-orders in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or if any product is out of stock, damaged, spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
  2. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order at any time.
  3. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order with or without prior notice.

  • Valid from 15 Jan 2022 – 28 Feb 2022
  • Minimum spend: RM88
  • Limited to 62,500 redemptions 
  • TWO(2) redemptions per user throughout the campaign

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
