Collectively referred to as (“Reward Vouchers”).

Milestone 1:

Complete 3 GrabFood orders with a minimum spend of RM40 for each order and receive a Baskin-Robbins Reward Voucher.

Milestone 2:

Complete the 4th GrabFood order with a minimum spend of RM40 and stand a chance to win Candyland Reward Voucher.

Tips: The first 500 Users who completed both milestones and submitted the Google Form will stand a higher chance to win Candyland Reward Voucher.

1. This Challenge is organised by MyTeksi Sdn Bhd (“Grab”) and is only open to GrabApp users who have subscribed to GrabUnlimited (“User(s)”), subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. This Challenge is valid for all restaurants listed in GrabFood Malaysia only. Any Grab transaction made outside of Malaysia will not contribute towards this challenge.

1. Challenge period will run from 1st November 2023, 12.00am to 30th November 2023, 11.59pm – Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Challenge Period”).
2. Challenge will end when the Challenge Period lapsed, or when the available Reward Vouchers inventory runs out, whichever earlier.
3. Any transaction made after the Challenge Period shall no longer be entitled for any Reward Vouchers.
4. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, discontinue or terminate the Challenge at any time prior to the expiry of the Challenge Period without giving any prior notice, without being liable to any compensation in cash or in kind.

1. This Challenge takes place on Grab App. The interested GrabUnlimited User(s) will need to manually opt-in to this Challenge.
2. You may choose to participate by clicking on your Account > Challenges > Family Challenges > Accept Challenge.
3. To complete Milestone 1 of the Challenge, User(s) are required to complete 3 orders with any restaurants on GrabFood with a minimum spend of RM40 for each order, excluding delivery fees, and any other applicable fees.
4. To complete Milestone 2 of the Challenge, User(s) are required to complete another order on GrabFood with a minimum spend of RM40, excluding delivery fees, and any other applicable fees. Additionally, User(s) are also required to fill in a Google Form.
5. Both delivery and pickup orders are accepted for the Challenge.
6. Each User is only allowed to participate in the Challenge once and each Challenge cannot be shared. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of User(s) to the Challenge in their app.
7. Any order made by the User(s) utilizing GrabRewards Points, GrabPromos and/or Grab subscriptions will not disqualify the User(s) from this Challenge.
8. The Challenge’s progress status can be viewed on the User(s) GrabApp at any time during the Challenge Period via the ‘CHALLENGES’ tile under the User’s own Grab Account.

1. All User(s) who completed Milestone 1 of the Challenge will win the Baskin-Robbins Reward Voucher.
2. The first 500 User(s) who complete Milestone 2 of the Challenge will stand a chance to win the Candyland Reward Voucher, subject to the successful submission of the Google Form.
3. All winners of Candyland Reward Voucher will be notified by Grab via a push notification sent to the User’s Grab Account within five (5) working days after the Challenge Period concludes.
4. The rewards for the winners of this Challenge are as follows: Milestone 1: Baskin-Robbins Ice-Creams (1 Single Regular Scoop + 1 Kids Scoop) Milestone 2: 4 Candyland Carnival Entrance Tickets  Remarks: 
   • All User(s) who have completed Milestone 2 must submit a Google Form as prescribed by Grab.
   • Candyland Reward Voucher is limited to 500 winners only.
   • Candyland Reward Voucher will be credited to the winner’s GrabApp account in the form of one (1) unique QR Code.
5. Each User is only limited to one redemption for each milestone of the reward.
6. All Reward Vouchers are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to modify or vary the total Reward Voucher limit without prior notice to User(s).
7. The terms of use of the Reward Vouchers will be governed by the terms and conditions contained therein.
8. Each successful completion of the Challenge will entitle User(s) to receive the corresponding Reward Vouchers automatically in their ‘My Rewards’ tile, subject to availability and the specific milestone they complete.
9. All rewards in the form of vouchers must be redeemed and used within its stipulated deadline. No extensions of reward validity will be entertained, and no compensation will be payable if the participant is unable to utilize the rewards before its expiry.
10. All Reward Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-cumulative, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash/credit or other prizes.
11. Grab may, at its sole discretion, substitute the Reward Vouchers for other reward of similar value, in circumstances including but not limited to unavailability of the original reward, illegality or non-feasibility.
12. The winner of the rewards understands and acknowledges that Grab is not the manufacturer or provider of the rewards and has no control over the issuance, design, manufacture, or quality of the rewards. The rewards are provided ‘as is’ and without any warranty, express or implied. Grab shall not be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or possession of the rewards, including but not limited to any travel-related issues, discrepancies, defect, or malfunction of the rewards. Winner further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless of Grab from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or in connection with the receipt, use or possession of the rewards, regardless of whether such claims arise from Grab’s negligence, breach of contract or any other cause of action.

1. By participating in this Challenge, User(s) acknowledged, understood and consent to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions.
2. User(s) agree that they are in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab App. Each Reward Voucher is governed by its applicable terms of use. Please refer to the terms and conditions in each Reward Voucher for such applicable terms. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those of the Reward Voucher, the terms and conditions of the Reward voucher shall prevail.
3. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Challenge at any time without giving any prior notice to the User(s) and User(s) agree to be bound by those changes.
4. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify or reject any User(s) deemed ineligible for the Challenge, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable.
5. User(s) agreed and consent that Grab shall have the exclusive rights to use, modify, publish or display materials information submitted by User(s) (if any), including but not limited to, the names or photographs of the User(s) in any way it deems fit for marketing, advertising, publicity purposes and for any other reason whatsoever without any further notice to the User(s) and the User(s) shall not claim ownership or any payments or compensation on the materials.
6. Grab’s decisions on all matters relating to the Challenge shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
7. By participating in the Challenge, User(s) consent to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of User(s) personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Challenge (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab’s online platforms, delivery/collection of Rewards) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab’s Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/my/terms-policies/privacy-notice/).
8. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the User(s) or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential, or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
9. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the Reward Voucher for another reward of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original reward, illegality or non-feasibility. All Reward Vouchers must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any Reward Vouchers not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
10. In claiming the Reward Voucher, Grab may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the User(s), to prevent gaming and fraud.
11. User(s) agrees that they shall not question the decisions of Grab without limitations or qualification and in case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Challenge, all decisions of Grab shall be final and conclusive.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.
