The Campaign period is from 16 December 2021 to 15 January 2022 (“Campaign Period”) .

The Campaign AR (Augmented Reality) Experience is inclusive of AR scan code which will be valid within the first 3 months from Campaign start date. This AR Experience function will discontinue after 16 March 2022 onwards.

In order to redeem a Disney Plushie (“Prize”), you must place one GrabSupermarket order (next-day delivery) of at least RM 100 during the Campaign Period. Prizes are available on a first come first served basis, and will be given out randomly. The Prizes will be sent to the delivery address used in the latest qualifying transaction. Grab will not be liable for any Prizes which are lost or damaged during delivery and no claims for replacement, payment or compensation will be entertained.

All Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable for any reason whatsoever Grab reserves the right to substitute a prize which it determines, in its sole discretion, as being of equal value.

Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

Grab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.

Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.

By taking part in this Campaign, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and consent to the use of your personal data as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Notice.
