  • The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Disney”) are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this reward redemption campaign (“Campaign”) and/or the delivery of the Prizes, and exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the Contest and/or the Prizes.

  • The Campaign period is from 16 December 2021 to 15 January 2022 (“Campaign Period”) .

  • The Campaign AR (Augmented Reality) Experience is inclusive of AR scan code which will be valid within the first 3 months from Campaign start date. This AR Experience function will discontinue after 16 March 2022 onwards.

  • In order to redeem a Disney Plushie (“Prize”), you must place one GrabSupermarket order (next-day delivery) of at least RM 100 during the Campaign Period. Prizes are available on a first come first served basis, and will be given out randomly. The Prizes will be sent to the delivery address used in the latest qualifying transaction. Grab will not be liable for any Prizes which are lost or damaged during delivery and no claims for replacement, payment or compensation will be entertained. 

  • All Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable for any reason whatsoever Grab reserves the right to substitute a prize which it determines, in its sole discretion, as being of equal value.

  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

  • Grab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.

  • Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.

  • By taking part in this Campaign, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and consent to the use of your personal data as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Notice. You also acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by Grab’s terms and conditions published on https://www.grab.com/terms-policies/ and decisions of Grab without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions from Grab shall be final and conclusive.

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
