Introducing GrabMart, the new grocery delivery service for all delivery-partners in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu. This new service type will be visible in your driver app.
For delivery-partners (bike), GrabFood and GrabMart taxi type will be active at all times. However for delivery-partners (car), you will have the option to switch off these service types according to your needs. Your GrabMart order code will begin with the letters “GM” in your Jobcard.
With GrabMart, delivery-partners will have more chances to receive more types of orders! On top of that, for these kinds of GrabMart orders, you don’t have to wait for it to be prepared like GrabFood orders.

The completion procedure for GrabMart orders is the same as your normal GrabFood order. Make sure to get all the items listed in your order before leaving the merchant.
What is GrabMart?

How do I get GrabMart orders?
GrabMart orders will be allocated to all delivery-partners with GrabFood taxi type in Lembah Klang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
Where will GrabMart service be launched?
GrabMart will be launched in GrabFood’s operation areas in Lembah Klang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
What about the incentive and fee structure for GrabMart?
GrabMart’s incentive and fee structure is the same as GrabFood.
