I. Terms Of Service for Family Account Administrator
→To create and use a Family Account, you agree/acknowledge that:
– I have reviewed and agreed to these Family Account Terms of Service.
II. Member’s Privacy Acknowledgement
By joining, you accept Family Account Terms of Service and agree that Grab can share your transaction, location and trip information tagged to the Family Account with the admin.
III. Member’s Terms of Service
By using the Live Location Sharing feature, you consent to Grab sharing your real-time location with selected family members within your Family Account. You acknowledge and agree that:
1. Your location-sharing setting will be configured as “Always,” which enables continuous, background location sharing with your chosen family members. The family members you select (or the Admin, in the case of a Teen Member) will be able to view your real-time location via Grab Map. Your location will remain visible to them even after you close the Grab app until you manually disable the sharing option.
2. If you are a Teen Member, you may only share your real-time location with the Family Account Admin.”
IV. Partner’s Terms of Service
You acknowledge and agree that both the Family Account Admin and Member will have access to your profile (Name, Photo, Car Plate Number, In-app chat messages and Live Location) to facilitate the fulfillment of Family Account Solutions.
