Neneng Goenadi
Chief Executive Officer, Grab Indonesia
Neneng Goenadi has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Grab Indonesia since 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in consulting and technology, having previously led Accenture Indonesia. She has played a key role in advancing the digitalization of MSMEs through various programs such as Kota Masa Depan, GrabForGood, and GrabMart Pasar. Neneng also supports the development of young talent through the GrabScholar scholarship program and Grab Ventures Velocity (GVV), and promotes digital transformation to enhance the competitiveness of businesses in Indonesia through her role as Head of Digital, APINDO. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan University and earned an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University, United States.
Dion Satiyesa Soetadi
Chief Financial Officer, OVO and Grab Indonesia
Dion Satiyesa Soetadi is the CFO of Grab Indonesia and OVO. He joined Grab Indonesia in 2019, bringing over 20 years of relevant experience. In his role, Dion oversees finance and strategy matters including financial planning, controllership, treasury, strategy, and governance. Dion actively supports many of the company's initiatives aimed at expanding access to Grab and OVO’s services to remote areas and overseeing the sustainable development of the business amid an increasingly dynamic digital landscape. Dion holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Karaniya Dharmasaputra
President Director, OVO (PT Visionet Internasional)
Karaniya Dharmasaputra has been the President Director of OVO since 2019, leading its transformation into an integrated digital financial services ecosystem. Karaniya is also the founder of Bareksa and a co-founder of the Indonesia Fintech Association (AFTECH) as well as the Indonesia Fintech Society (iFSoc)). He was recognized with theFintech Driving Figure award by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2021. With a background in journalism and digital media, he combines strategic insight and communication skills to drive fintech growth in Indonesia through cross-sector collaboration and service innovation. He studied at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and The George Washington University.
Jaygan Fu Ponnudurai
Chief Executive Officer, OVO (PT Visionet Internasional)
Jaygan Fu Ponnudurai has served as CEO of OVO since 2021 and has contributed more than six years to the development of Indonesia's digital and financial ecosystem. Under his leadership, OVO was awarded "Best Mobile Payment" based on a survey conducted by Tempo Data Science in 2022. He also initiated a strategic collaboration between OVO and Superbank to expand digital financial access in Indonesia. Prior to OVO, Jaygan held positions at Accenture and International Data Group. He holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Multimedia University, Malaysia.
Tyas Widyastuti
Director, Food and Logistics, PT Solusi Pengiriman Indonesia
Tyas Widyastuti is the Director, Food and Logistics at PT Solusi Pengiriman Indonesia, leading strategy and operations across food delivery and logistics services. With over 10 years of experience in technology and management, Tyas focuses on empowering Grab Partners through various initiatives such as the Grand Safety Training Program for Partners (PAKEM), the launch of Grab Tourism Safety and Security Center, and the Melaju Syantiek program for women driver-partners. Prior to joining Grab, Tyas held roles at Nestlé and McKinsey. She holds an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
Kertapradana
Director of Partnerships and Business Development, Grab Indonesia
Kertapradana has served as the Director of Commercial & Strategic Partnership at Grab Indonesia since 2021, contributing to the development of business solutions and the expansion of strategic partnerships across various sectors to increase the adoption of relevant technologies among business partners. Together with his team, he initiated the annual Grab Business Forum as a strategic dialogue platform that brings together policymakers, business leaders, and stakeholders from various industries to discuss business resilience and long-term operational effectiveness. Kertapradana has 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including roles at IBM and Microsoft, and is an alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh and Stanford University.
Tirza Munusamy
Chief of Public Affairs, Grab Indonesia
Tirza Munusamy is the Chief of Public Affairs at Grab Indonesia, leading public policy strategy and strengthening collaboration with the government to accelerate technology access across Indonesia. With over 10 years of experience, Tirza has contributed to various initiatives, including expanding access to COVID-19 vaccination sites in multiple regions, aid distribution and transportation services for medical workers during the pandemic, supporting the Free Nutritious Meals program in several cities and districts, and providing Free Health Checks for driver-partners. Tirza is a graduate of the University of Indonesia and the Harvard Kennedy School, and has previously worked at Tusk Advisory and McKinsey.
Melinda Savitri
Country Marketing and Communications Head, Grab Indonesia
Melinda Savitri is the Country Marketing and Communications Head leading marketing and communications strategies at Grab Indonesia and OVO since 2021. With over 10 years of experience, she has initiated various campaigns, including the “Cerita Tentang Percaya” series, which highlighted the resilience of the Indonesian people during the pandemic. Together with her team, Melinda led the “Sobat Hemat” campaign to win the “Best of Google AI” award in 2024 for its use of AI technology to deliver personalized advertising. She previously worked at Unilever Indonesia as Head of Beauty and Personal Care Masstige, and holds degrees from the University of Indonesia and Grenoble Ecole de Management, France.
Iki Sari Dewi
Director of Territory Jabo & ID Central Operations, Grab Indonesia
Iki Sari Dewi has served as the Director of Central Operations and Jabodetabek Territory at Grab Indonesia since 2020, leading operations and service expansion in the Greater Jakarta area. With over 10 years of experience in technology and business management, she has initiated various strategic collaborations, such as digitizing cashless payments, promoting eco-friendly transportation, modernizing facilities at multiple universities, and enhancing the integration of online transport services with public transportation systems (KCIC, MRT, KAI, Transjakarta, KRL, etc.). Before joining Grab, Iki worked at Shopee and Boston Consulting Group, and holds a degree from the University of Indonesia.
Richard Aditya
Director of West Indonesia, Grab Indonesia
Richard Aditya has served as the Director of West Indonesia at Grab since 2020, leading service development and operations across the western region of Indonesia. He played a key role in supporting local economic recovery during the pandemic by expanding GrabFood and GrabExpress services in his coverage areas. Richard also promoted the accelerated adoption of relevant digital technologies among local communities and MSMEs, through initiatives such as the launch of Grab services in Bintan Resorts and the introduction of electric vehicle access at the University of North Sumatra. Richard previously worked at Accenture and holds degrees from the University of Indonesia, Pelita Harapan University, and Peking University.
Halim Wijaya
Director of East Indonesia, Grab Indonesia
Halim Wijaya has been the Director of East Indonesia at Grab since 2016, leading the company's expansion and operations in the eastern region of Indonesia. Under his leadership, Grab became the first superapp in Jayapura and launched GrabKios to promote digital inclusion and empower MSMEs. A study by LPEM FEB UI recorded that 50% of GrabKios merchants in Jayapura (2019–2021) were newly established businesses, reflecting the success of his strategy in fostering local entrepreneurship. His passion for the eastern region grew during his career at Adira Finance and aligns with his background, having come from a small town in East Java. He graduated top of his class from Bina Nusantara University.
Steve Ardianto
Director of ID Rental, PT Teknologi Pengangkutan Indonesia (TPI)
Steve Ardianto has been the Director of Fleet & Rentals Business at PT Teknologi Pengangkutan Indonesia (TPI) since 2016, leading the strategy and operations of vehicle rental services nationwide. He played a key role in positioning Grab as a pioneer in electric vehicle (EV) adoption within Indonesia’s ride-hailing industry by deploying over 11,000 EV units since 2019 through partnerships with strategic partners such as BYD and Smoot. This initiative also supports Indonesia’s decarbonization goals and has successfully reduced 26,000 tons of carbon emissions. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and holds a degree in Marine Engineering from ITS Surabaya.
Eddie Martono
Chief Operating Officer, OVO
Eddie Martono has served as the COO of OVO since 2022. His leadership has been instrumental in leveraging OVO's ecosystem to drive sustainable growth and enhance financial inclusion in Indonesia. His leadership has led to significant innovation such as OVO Nabung and Pinjaman Atur Sendiri (PAS), in collaboration with Superbank, and the OVO QRIS payment enablement across Grab services. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Anggraini Puspita Dewi
General Counsel, Indonesia and Regional Head of Countries
Anggraini Puspita Dewi has served as General Counsel Indonesia and Regional Head of Countries at Grab since 2017, overseeing legal compliance and corporate governance across the countries where Grab operates, including Indonesia. Anggi plays a critical role in ensuring that all of Grab’s business activities remain transparent and inclusive, while aligning with both local and regional regulatory frameworks across a wide range of sectors, from transportation to rapidly growing digital finance in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Grab, she worked at the international law firm Allen & Overy and Christian Teo & Partners. Anggi is also an alumna of the University of Indonesia.
Fini Margarina
Country Head of People Operations, Grab Indonesia
Fini Margarina has served as the Country Head of People Operations at Grab Indonesia since 2020. With over 20 years of experience in human resource management, Fini specializes in designing recruitment strategies, talent development, and fostering a strong workplace culture. At Grab, she leads various initiatives to create an inclusive work environment, promote diversity, and advocate for gender equality. She also plays a key role in strengthening employee engagement across all levels of the organization. Prior to joining Grab, Fini was the Country HR Lead for Indonesia & Vietnam and ASEAN HR Service Delivery at Accenture.
