How Advance Booking works

Easy to book

Set your destination to Airport Terminal and select GrabAirport. Then, tap on the calendar icon to schedule your booking.

Need a shortcut? You can also find the "Advance Booking to the Airport" icon on the transport homepage.

Worry-free

You will be notified once a driver has been assigned to your booking.

If your plans change and you can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before your pick-up.

Arrive on time

Your driver will arrive early and wait for you for up to 15 minutes past your pick up time.

Can't find the pick-up location? Communicate with your driver in-app up to 45 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • When can I make an Advance Booking?

    Advance Booking allows you to schedule Grab rides between 2 hours to 7 days ahead of time so you can travel with a peace of mind.

  • Can I cancel an Advance Booking?

    You can cancel an Advance Booking at no charge up to 1 hour before the start of the ride. However, the fare will not be refundable if you cancel within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Can I edit/ adjust my booking if my plans change?

    If you need to make adjustments to your Advance Booking such as the date, time, or location, please cancel your booking and create a new one.

  • What happens if my driver doesn't arrive on time?

    You will receive timely updates about the status of your driver when they are on their way to you. In case there's any delay and your driver arrives later than your scheduled pick-up time you will receive a voucher for your next ride.
