Get the app! We have many services but you'll want to use Transport for airport pick-ups.
Book
Enter your destination in the field and check that your pick-up location is correct. Book the ride that suits your group size and luggage needs.
Go
Follow the in-app directions to meet your driver at the pick up location. You'll be able to communicate with them in the app. So fret not and enjoy the city!

- Grab Booth, NAIA Terminal 1
1. From the baggage claim area, follow the signage leading to the Arrivals Hall.
2. Upon exit, walk towards the pick-up point.
3. Meet near the Grab Booth.
- NAIA Terminal 1 Arrival Area - Main Entrance
1. From the baggage claim area, follow the signage leading to the Arrivals Hall.
2. Upon exit, walk towards the pick-up point.
3. Meet near Duty-Free.
International Arrivals
- Grab Booth, NAIA Terminal 2
1. From the baggage claim area, follow the signage leading to the Arrivals Hall.
2. From the Money Changer, head towards the Arrival Bays.
3. Meet the driver at the Grab Pick-up Point.
- NAIA Terminal 2 Arrival Bays 1 - 5
1. From the baggage claim area, follow the signage leading to the Arrivals Hall.
2. From the Money Changer, head towards the Arrival Bays.
3. Meet the driver at Bay 1 pick-up point.
International Arrivals
- Grab Booth, NAIA Terminal 3 Arrival Area
1. From the baggage claim area, follow the signage leading to the Arrivals Hall.
2. From the International Arrivals exit, head towards Gate 4.
3. Upon exit, head straight to reach the pick-up point.
4. Meet the driver at the Grab Booth.
- NAIA Terminal 3 Arrival Bay 7
1. From the baggage claim area, follow the signage leading to the Arrivals Hall.
2. From the International Arrivals exit, head towards Gate 4.
3. Upon exit, head straight to reach the pick-up point.
4. Meet the driver at Bay 7.
International Arrivals

1. From the baggage claim area, follow the signage leading to the Arrivals Hall.
2. Upon exit, turn right to reach the Grab Booth.
3. Meet the driver at the Grab Booth.
- NAIA Terminal 4 Arrivals Area
1. From the baggage claim area, follow the signage leading to the Arrivals Hall.
2. Walk straight towards the exit and meet the driver at the pick-up point.
3. Meet the driver near the Airport Coupon Taxi Lane.

- How can I pay for my ride?You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your ride.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
