Pampanga, Philippines — Clark International Airport, one of the biggest Aviation Complex in Asia, has become the most viable and convenient alternative airport of choice of local and international travelers who wish to avoid the hustle and bustle of the Metro Manila streets and NAIA’s busy air traffic.
Located at the heart of Central Luzon, business opportunities continue to overflow in the area, making Central Luzon one of the prime destinations for business and leisure.
To support the growing number of passengers, Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading on-demand and mobile payments platform, has officially been accredited by Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) to provide GrabCar transport services to and from the airport starting March 2, 2018.
“We are very thankful to the local government and to our passengers for welcoming us here in Pampanga since we launched last October 2016. CIAC is a new addition to our growing family. We are one with CIAC in ensuring that passengers here in Pampanga will get the highest quality of transport service,” said Brian Cu, Grab Philippines’ Country Head.
Cu added, Pampanga has always been one of Grab’s key markets in the country, and the company is excited to bring in new solutions to serve airport users and Pampangueños better.
“With our increasing number of international and domestic flights, we warmly welcome Grab services at Clark airport for providing another option for a more accessible and convenient transport for passengers and well-wishers alike,” Alexander Cauguiran, CIAC president and CEO, said.
Grab has also set-up venue a booking booth at the airport’s Arrival Area, where booking agents will assist passengers to get a ride. Anyone will be able to book a ride with or without smartphones or mobile data connectivity. Multiple bookings can be made at the Grab booth to cater to more travelers. Those who wish to book a ride with Grab may also do so using their smartphones.
Passengers can also use the promo code BESTOFPPG, to enjoy Php 100 off their GrabCar rides from Clark International Airport until June 30, 2018.
