If you have accidentally cancelled your GrabUnlimited plan, you can still resubscribe BEFORE the next billing date at zero cost. Just go to Account > Subscriptions and select the cancelled GrabUnlimited. Then tap on Resubscribe to activate Hot Deals.

If you have an active GrabUnlimited plan but you’re unable to find any Hot Deals offer at the checkout page, it’s likely because you have fully redeemed all your Hot Deals vouchers for the month, and thus the offer does not appear.

After subscribing to GrabUnlimited, follow these four easy steps to use your GrabFood Hot Deals vouchers.

Step 1: Go to GrabFood, choose any Hot Deals participating restaurants. 

Step 2: Add items to your basket, and in the checkout page click on “Offer”.

Step 3: In the offer page, select the Hot Deals voucher and click “Use Now”.

Step 4: To enjoy other promotions, spend minimum RM20 to get 50X free delivery (up to RM3). This will be auto-applied in the checkout page, on top of Hot Deals voucher that you have just applied.

No, user should only subscribe to one GrabUnlimited plan. If you are travelling to another city in Malaysia and have previously subscribed to GrabUnlimited, you will continue to enjoy the GrabUnlimited benefits without having to re-subscribe.  However, if you have accidentally subscribed to more than one GrabUnlimited plan, just cancel your latest purchased plan, by going to Account > Help Centre and report it to our customer service agent. We will refund the amount of your latest purchased plan according to the chosen payment method (GrabPay Wallet, Credit Card or Debit Card.)

Don’t worry, you can cancel your GrabUnlimited subscription plan at any time. Go to Account > Subscription > GrabUnlimited > View Details > Cancel Plan.

If you accidentally cancelled your subscription plan, fret not! You can resubscribe any time BEFORE the next billing date at zero cost.
Simply go to the cancelled GrabUnlimited plan and tap on ‘Resubscribe’ to activate your subscription.

All promotion and/ or vouchers rewarded in GrabUnlimited shall be subject to the city identified at the time you first subscribed to the GrabUnlimited. Each city may have different promotion  and/or voucher mechanics and the GrabUnlimited Subscription plan prices may vary subject to the sole determination of Grab.

Note: Users only need 1 (ONE) GrabUnlimited plan. Once subscribed, the plan will auto-renew every month.

Turning off auto-debit does not cancel renewal of your subscription plan. If your chosen payment method is GrabPay wallet, it only stops the automatic top up of your GrabPay Wallet. If your current payment method is unavailable for the renewal of the plan, we will deduct the amount from another linked card you have on the app.


However, if you wish to cancel the plan, kindly cancel it directly on the app before your next renewal date. Go to Account > Subscription > GrabUnlimited > View Details > Cancel Plan.

With GrabUnlimited,you can now  earn up to 1.5% wherever you use GrabPay and PayLater, with no limit to how much GrabRewards you are entitled to. You can then utilise your GrabRewards to redeem vouchers with exclusive discounts for GrabUnlimited subscribers.

Premium Delivery is a delivery service where we commit to deliver your GrabFood order within the stipulated time frame based on the first estimated time of arrival. Users will be compensated in the form of GrabFood vouchers if a Premium Delivery order does not arrive within the stipulated time frame.

Beginning 9 June 2022, GrabUnlimited members will be able to see this ride option under ‘Suggested Rides’ when booking for a ride. 

The fare for JustGrab (Top-Rated Drivers) is the same as JustGrab, similarly, the price for GrabCar (Top-Rated Drivers) is the same as GrabCar.

It will take between 1 hour to 24 hours for the Top-Rated Drivers ride option to be visible in your app after you have purchased your GrabUnlimited subscription. If you do not see the ride option in 24 hours, please contact Grab support. 

Please note that JustGrab (Top-Rated Drivers) or GrabCar (Top-Rated Drivers) are not available for rides to or from KLIA or klia2 at the moment.

Top- rated drivers are our most experienced drivers who maintain a high driver rating for their past 100 rides.

Only drivers who meet the criteria can operate this service therefore you will only be allocated a Top-Rated Driver.

As with other Grab ride services, waiting time to get a driver and successful allocation will be subject to availability of the drivers as well as demand in your area at your time of booking.

This service currently accepts up to 4 passengers.

GrabUnlimited Subscription Plan T&C:

1) All promotions and/or vouchers rewarded in GrabUnlimited shall be subject to the city identified at the time you first subscribed to the GrabUnlimited. 2) GrabUnlimited subscription plan is a monthly subscription which entitles you to these exclusive promotion and/or vouchers :

  • Exclusive monthly HotDeals promotion, valid during the promotional period only (“Exclusive Monthly Promotions”).
  • Subscription vouchers for GrabFood Self Pick-Up, GrabFood free delivery, GrabMart free delivery and Grab airport rides , to be refreshed with every plan renewal (“Subscription Vouchers”).

3) All promotion and/or voucher (except monthly HotDeals promotion redeemable via all payment methods) in GrabUnlimited are only redeemable via cashless payments (GrabPay Wallet, PayLater payments, Credit Card or Debit Card). GrabUnlimited subscription plan can be purchased via GrabPay Wallet, Credit Card* or Debit Card*.

4) For Exclusive Monthly Promotions mechanic, there shall be a redemption limit and the validity period are only available for a limited time period as determined by Grab. The redemption limit and validity period of exclusive promotion  are solely based on the campaign period determined by Grab and will not be renewed based on the GrabUnlimited subscription plan renewal.

5) Subscription Vouchers redemption limit and validity period are based on the monthly cycle of the GrabUnlimited subscription plan.

6) The introductory price of GrabUnlimited subscription plan is only available for a limited time period. Grab reserves the right to change the introductory price, and users will be notified by inbox messages in the event of any changes in price.

7) GrabUnlimited’s Free Trial Pricing is only applicable to NEW subscribers. Existing subscribers, or users who have subscribed in the past will not be able to enjoy Free Trial Pricing. The extension of Trial Period in the 2nd month is only applicable for users that are able to continuously renew their subscriptions. Any cancellation prior to the billing date OR insufficient balance of GrabPay Wallet (if chosen payment method is GrabPay Wallet) to renew the subscription will result in users losing the introductory price promotion and having to renew or subscribe again at the normal price.

8) The free trial begins at the moment of purchase; you can cancel at any time. The free trial gives you full access to the GrabUnlimited subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription, which will auto-renew on a monthly basis indefinitely, and your payment method on file will be charged the monthly rate for the applicable plan, as described during the sign-up process. If you cancel your free trial early you will be able to use your benefits until the trial period ends.

9) GrabUnlimited subscription plan is only available in cities that Grab operates and the type of Grab service available may vary in different cities.

10) In the event of cancellation, there shall be no refund of the GrabUnlimited Subscription plan prices paid. If you cancel, your subscription won’t renew and you’ll still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your billing period. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time in your plan details. If you cancel your free trial early you will be able to use your benefits until the trial period ends.

11) A GrabUnlimited Subscription offers unlimited savings, based on the average user’s reasonable usage of the Grab app. GrabUnlimited benefits should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes and not be abused or misused.

12) Grab reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion and/or Vouchers, or amend the terms and conditions of GrabUnlimited at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.  In the event of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from GrabUnlimited subscription plan, Grab’s decision shall be final and binding.  

13) In the event of inconsistency or ambiguity between the Voucher Terms and Conditions and the terms contained in the GrabUnlimited webpage at grb.to/GrabUnlimitedMY, the latter will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency or ambiguity.

First time subscribers will be charged 1 sen for the first month, and subsequent renewal will be at the normal price of RM4.90/month.

Existing March GrabUnlimited users outside of Penang, Kuching and Johor Bahru who subscribed at 99 sen are entitled to a special extension promotional price of 1 sen/month for 2 more renewals. T&C apply.

All promotions and/or vouchers in GrabUnlimited are only redeemable via GrabPay Wallet or PayLater payments. The GrabUnlimited subscription plan can only be purchased using GrabPay Wallet.

GrabFood’s monthly Hot Deals promotion is available to GrabUnlimited users only. To enjoy Hot Deals savings, subscribe to GrabUnlimited now.

If you’re already a GrabUnlimited user, you won’t be able to enjoy the Hot Deals promotions once you have cancelled the GrabUnlimited plan. If you have accidentally cancelled your GrabUnlimited plan, you can still resubscribe BEFORE the next billing date at zero cost. Just go to Account > Subscriptions and select the cancelled GrabUnlimited. Then tap on Resubscribe to activate Hot Deals.

If you have an active GrabUnlimited plan but you’re unable to find any Hot Deals offer at the checkout page, it’s likely because you have fully redeemed all your Hot Deals vouchers for the month, and thus the offer does not appear.

After subscribing to GrabUnlimited, follow these four easy steps to use your GrabFood Hot Deals vouchers.

Step 1: Go to GrabFood, choose any Hot Deals participating restaurants. 

Step 2: Add items to your basket, and in the checkout page click on “Offer”.

Step 3: In the offer page, select the Hot Deals voucher and click “Use Now”.

Step 4: To enjoy other promotions, spend minimum RM20 to get 50X free delivery (up to RM3). This will be auto-applied in the checkout page, on top of Hot Deals voucher that you have just applied.

GrabUnlimited gives you access to use GrabFood monthly exclusive Hot Deals promotions, whenever the campaign is running. The redemption limit and validity period of exclusive promos are solely based on the campaign period determined by Grab and will not be renewed based on the GrabUnlimited subscription plan renewal.

All promotion and/ or vouchers rewarded in GrabUnlimited shall be subject to the city identified at the time you first subscribed to the GrabUnlimited. Don’t worry! Just cancel your latest purchased plan, then go to Account > Help Centre and report it to our customer service agent. We will refund the amount of your latest purchased plan into your GrabPay Wallet.

GrabUnlimited Subscription Plan T&C:

1) All promotions and/or vouchers rewarded in GrabUnlimited shall be subject to the city identified at the time you first subscribed to the GrabUnlimited. Each city may have different promotion  and/or voucher mechanics and the GrabUnlimited Subscription plan prices may vary subject to the sole determination of Grab.

2) GrabUnlimited subscription plan is a monthly subscription which entitles you to these exclusive promotion and/or vouchers :

  • Exclusive monthly HotDeals promotion, valid during the promotional period only (“Exclusive Monthly Promotions”).
  • Subscription vouchers for GrabFood Self Pick-Up, GrabFood free delivery, GrabMart free delivery and Grab airport rides , to be refreshed with every plan renewal (“Subscription Vouchers”).

3) All promotion and/or voucher in GrabUnlimited are only redeemable via GrabPay Wallet or PayLater payments. GrabUnlimited subscription plan can only be purchased using GrabPay Wallet.

4) For Exclusive Monthly Promotions mechanic, there shall be a redemption limit and the validity period are only available for a limited time period as determined by Grab. The redemption limit and validity period of exclusive promotion  are solely based on the campaign period determined by Grab and will not be renewed based on the GrabUnlimited subscription plan renewal.

5) Subscription Vouchers redemption limit and validity period are based on the monthly cycle of the GrabUnlimited subscription plan.

6) The introductory price of GrabUnlimited subscription plan is only available for a limited time period. Grab reserves the right to change the introductory price, and users will be notified by inbox messages in the event of any changes in price.

7) GrabUnlimited subscription plan special promotional with extension of RM0.01 renewal is only applicable for users that are able to continuously renew their subscriptions. Any cancellation prior to the billing date or insufficient balance of GrabPay Wallet to renew the subscription will result in users losing the introductory price promotion and having to renew or subscribe again at the normal price.

8) GrabUnlimited subscription plan is only available in cities that Grab operates and the type of Grab service available may vary in different cities.

9) In the event of cancellation, there shall be no refund of the GrabUnlimited Subscription plan prices paid.

10) Grab reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion and/or Vouchers, or amend the terms and conditions of GrabUnlimited at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.  In the event of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from GrabUnlimited subscription plan, Grab’s decision shall be final and binding.  

11) In the event of inconsistency or ambiguity between the Voucher Terms and Conditions and the terms contained in the GrabUnlimited webpage at grb.to/GrabUnlimitedMY, the latter will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency or ambiguity.
