Delivery-partners must fulfil the following criteria to be eligible:

Has completed more than 30 deliveries in the previous month

•

Has a Cancellation Rate (CR) of less than 8% in the previous month

Ahmad is a Platinum tier Delivery-partner this month (based on his performance in the last quarter)

Scenario A: On-the-Job

Ahmad was involved in an accident while delivering GrabFood order. Because the accident happened while Ahmad was on-the-job, he is eligible to receive coverage from Grab's Group Personal Accident insurance policy.

Scenario B: Off-the-Job

Ahmad was involved in an accident before going online on the Grab Driver app. He is not covered by Group Personal Accident (because the accident occured while Ahmad was offline). However, he is covered by Insurans Kemalangan RPG 24/7.
