Jakarta, November 23, 2015 – GrabBike today introduced GrabExpress, an on-demand courier service for safe and convenient door-to-door deliveries. The new service is being beta tested in central Jakarta and is available on the GrabTaxi mobile app, the number one on-demand transport app in Southeast Asia. This latest service is an extension of GrabTaxi’s mission to significantly change the way people and things move.

GrabExpress promises safe, reliable and speedy pick-up and delivery of documents and small parcels that is suitable for personal or business needs. GrabExpress is providing an invaluable service of connecting Jakartans via the entrusted goods.

For a start, GrabExpress is available at Sudirman, SCBD, Senayan, Thamrin, Kemang and Kuningan areas with plans to roll out to other areas soon. Items must weigh less than 5kgs and measure no bigger than 75cm in dimension.

From today until 7 November 2015, GrabExpress is offering a flat rate of Rp5,000 for all orders using promo code ‘grabexpress’. Currently, the service is available in Sudirman, SCBD, Senayan, Thamrin, Kemang and Kuningan areas with additional delivery points within central Jakarta.
