Penumpang kadang meminta tambahan tujuan dalam perjalanan. Mulai saat ini, penumpang sudah bisa menambahkan tujuan di pemesanan mereka, dan kamu bisa tahu semua lokasi tujuan dari awal.
Tarif yang ditunjukkan sudah termasuk tambahan tujuan dan berdasarkan total jarak. Semakin jauh tujuan, semakin tinggi tarif.

How is the fare calculated?
The upfront fare includes the cost of the extra stop and is based on the total distance travelled.
How long do I have to wait at the extra stop?
You may wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Please confirm with the passenger that their waiting time at their extra stop will not exceed 5 minutes.
I Just completed a booking with an extra stop. How many trips is that?
Each booking with an extra stop is counted as one trip.
Can promo codes / discounts be applied to rides with extra stops?
Yes. Any existing promo code and discount may be applied.
Are the fares still subjected to surge pricing?
Yes. All upfront fixed fares are subjected to surge pricing regardless of whether there is an extra stop.
What if the passenger asks me to travel to the second stop and then to the first stop?
Please inform the passenger this is not possible as the fare is pre-determined at the point of booking.
What should I do if the passenger didn’t book an extra stop, but asks for an extra stop along the way?
Kindly inform the passenger that stops cannot be added in the middle of the journey. The passenger would need to make a separate Grab booking.

What should I do if the passenger wants to end the ride at the first stop?
You may end the trip at the first stop, at the passengers request. However, please inform the passenger that he/she will be charged the full fare.
