Requirements to rent a car from Grab Sahabat Rental and other FAQ

 

  • Original ID (E-KTP)
  • Driver’s License (SIM A/B)
  • Domiciled in JABODETABEK
  • Deposit Rp500.000,-
  • Had GrabCar account minimal tiering “Pejuang” (only for Sahabat Rental GrabCar Plus)

 

  • Tires and battery
  • Periodic service including changing oil, clutch, front brake pads, rear brake pads

 

There is no minimum contract duration, but according to records, we will make a work contract for a minimum of 1 month.

 

The car can be taken home, but must have a check-point every 2 weeks with a schedule that will be determined when receiving the rental car.

Maximum 3 working days depending on the completeness of the data provided, and the results of the domicile survey of the prospective partner.

 

It will takes maksimum 5 working days.

 

For example, during a survey, the address is not found, or doesn’t meet the criteria regarding potential partner, and the data provided by the potential partner is incomplete/clear, which will make the process take longer.

 

Yes, but please activate the account first at the nearest Grab Driver Center (GDC), and we will help monitor the process.

There are no contractual penalties, however, if you return the unit before 1 month, it will be our consideration when joining again in the futue.
