Travel Pass Package T&Cs

  • Travel Pass can be purchased with GrabPay Wallet Credits only. Please ensure you have enough GrabPay Credits balance before purchasing Travel Pass.
  • Travel Pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Travel Pass is not a GrabPackage. It is a pay-per-use bundle and there is no automatic renewal nor billing cycles.
  • Vouchers from Grab’s travel partners (Agoda, Klook, Travel Recommends) are to be fulfilled by the corresponding partners.
  • Grab Transport vouchers are to be fulfilled by Grab.
  • Travel Pass has limited availability. Once fully redeemed, it will no longer be available in the Grab app.
  • Grab reserves the right to make changes to Travel Pass at any time.
  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
  • Grab also reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the promotion.
  • Available on the latest app version only.

Grab Transport – Airport rides T&Cs

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • This promotion only applicable when pick-up or drop-off is located at airports in Thailand only.
  • Valid till 30 June 2020.
  • Limited redemptions available.
  • Users must download the latest version of the Grab mobile application in order to utilise the promo code.
  • Passenger cancellation nullifies the redemption count.
  • Promo code is not exchangeable for cash.
  • GrabTaxi Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the promotion at anytime, without giving prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.
  • GrabTaxi Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the promotion (be it under these Terms & Conditions or has engaged in a conduct that the organiser considers inappropriate or unacceptable).

Agoda T&Cs

  • The Promotion is valid for booking till 31 March 2020 and for stays till 30 June 2020 for worldwide destinations.
  • The Promotion is applicable for bookings of selected hotels (prepaid types only, not applicable for pay at hotel room types) made through the GrabHotels within the Grab app or on www.agoda.com/grabweb.
  • The discount is only applicable for hotels with “promo eligible’ tag within the hotel room types search results.
  • Discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
  • The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the payment page of the Promotion landing page after entering an eligible promo code.
  • The promo code is valid for one-time use and will be deemed fully used once booking has been confirmed. There is strictly no extension of validity of this promo code.
  • The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, rewards, loyalty programmes, discounts, packages purchased or vouchers redemption.
  • The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The promo code cannot be resold.
  • Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Promotion landing page.
  • All bookings through the Promotion landing page must be made in accordance with Agoda’s terms of use.
  • Grab and Agoda reserve the right to terminate, suspend or cancel (in whole or in part) this promotion. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda and Grab shall be final.
  • Grab and Agoda reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions of this promotion from time to time without prior notice and without any liability.

Klook T&Cs

  • This coupon code is valid till 31 March 2020.
  • The promotion is only available for bookings made via the Klook mobile app.
  • Users are required to enter the coupon code at the payment page to redeem the offer.
