GrabFood Expands ‘Only at Grab’ Sub-Brand Adding Famous Merchants to Attract High-Quality Users

GrabFood, a leading food delivery platform, is set to excite its users with the launch of the latest campaign “Famous Dishes across Thailand: Only at Grab,” targeting high-quality and heavy users who prioritize a wide variety of choices from renowned merchants. With the aim of continuing to build the sub-brand ‘Only at Grab’, GrabFood will focus on three key highlights: acquisition of new merchants nationwide exclusively available on the Grab app, enhancing brand visibility through both offline and online media, as well as creating engaging content and fostering consumer engagement featuring food guru M.L. Pason ‘Ink’ Svasti and BL heartthrobs Gemini-Fourth to promote the campaign.

Officially launched last year, this distinct sub-brand serves as a showcase for famous and flavorful merchant-partners nationwide, allowing our users to conveniently order their favorite food exclusively through the Grab app.”

Under this campaign, GrabFood will be focusing on three key highlights including;

  • Acquisition of new merchants nationwide: GrabFood continues to curate and add more exceptional and trendy merchants both in Bangkok and other provinces under ‘Only at Grab’ to delight foodies. Among them are scrumptious macarons by SOURI, Emily’s famed chicken noodles which have recently taken social media by storm, the renowned pork noodles from Rung Rueang in Soi Sukhumvit 26, Nueng Nom Nua‘s delectable skewered bread dices with custard dip straight from Phuket,  modern fusion of the flavors of Khao Soi with the artistry of Japanese Ramen from Khao SO-I, HAAB butter egg pastry from Song Khla, South Korea’s No.1 fried-chicken brand BHC Chicken‘s irresistible fried chicken, tempting cheesecake and delicious food from The Cheesecake Factory, and many more. Additionally, the brand will offer a special discount of 30% (up to THB 100) by simply entering the ONLYGRAB code, along with free delivery*.

 

  • Heightening brand visibility: To continue building brand awareness and driving consumer trial, GrabFood has allocated a marketing budget for integrated marketing communications, spanning both online and offline channels. A key initiative involves store takeovers, where prominent merchant-partner venues in bustling areas across Bangkok and major cities are wrapped or adorned with Only at Grab designs. This includes renowned spots like Bantadthong food street in Bangkok, showcasing Nueng Nom Nua, Everyday Thai Tea, and June Pang, along with Suki Changphuak in Chiang Mai, Go Benz Rice Porridge in Phuket, and Joke Pa-Daeng in Khon Kaen.

 

  • Creating captivating content and fostering consumer engagement: Key highlights include a partnership with the famous food guru M.L. Pason ‘Ink’ Svasti, who will be featured in the “Aroi Ded Ked Doi” programme on the Guy Haru Family YouTube channel, recommending must-try Only at Grab merchants in Bangkok and other provinces. GrabFood will also be hosting an exciting challenge where users have the chance to win a special prize: an exclusive dinner with the hottest BL actors ‘Gemini-Fourth’ at a select Only at Grab merchant-partner on Bantadthong, followed by their mini concert at Suan Luang Square.
