Before listing animal food or animal supplements on GrabMerchant, merchants should verify that the products have been legally approved for production, importation, and sale.
These requirements apply to food for pets, such as dogs and cats, as well as food for farm animals, such as chickens and pigs. Products must comply with the Animal Feed Quality Control Act B.E. 2558 (2015).
Merchants must provide complete and accurate product information, including relevant approval details and the animal feed registration number. Product labels must also comply with the requirements specified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.

Platform Actions

- Reject the SKU or remove it from the platform
- Hide or suspend the product listing
- Request additional licences or supporting documents
- Suspend the merchant’s selling privileges
- Restrict or terminate the merchant account
- Report suspected violations to the relevant authorities
