Terms and conditions of KTCV100 for KTC VISA credit card

  1. Receive THB 100 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 600 on GrabFood service.
  2. Consumers must fill KTCV100 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC VISA credit card before placing the food order.
  3. The promo code is valid on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 00.00 AM – 11.59 PM from 4 July 2025 to 28 December 2025 or until redemptions last.
  4. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month.
  5. Limited to 150 redemptions per day.
  6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
  7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
  8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
  9. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order
  10. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
  11. Grab and KTC reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and bank’s decision shall be deemed final.
