Terms and conditions of AMEXNEW for American Express Cardholders

  1. Receive THB 150 off (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 600.
  2. Eligible Cardmembers must fill AMEXNEW in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using American Express Card for the first time before placing the food order.
  3. The Privilege is available to all the Cardmembers who hold American Express Cards issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) except American Express Corporate Card.
  4. The promotion code is valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025 or until redemptions last.
  5. Limited to 1 redemption per Eligible Cardmember.
  6. Limited monthly redemptions.
  7. Limited to 333 redemptions per month 
  8. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
  9. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.

Eligible Cardmember agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the Eligible Cardmember agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
  12. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the Eligible Cardmember account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
  13. Grab and American Express reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and American Express’s decision shall be deemed final.
