  • The social contest is organised by MYTAXI.PH, INC. also known as “Grab Philippines” (“Organizer”) and is open to all Filipino citizens and permanent residents residing in Metro Manila and Cebu. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign: all employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Organizer and their immediate family members.

  • To participate, participants are required to visit Grab’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/GrabPH and comment on Grab’s Star Wars TM social contest post with their answer to a question on the aforementioned social contest post (“Entry”).

  • By submitting an Entry, participants will be considered by Grab for selection to win the prize based on how creative and / or outstanding their Entry is. Winning participants shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Grab. Grab reserves the right to reject any Entry or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason whatsoever. Decision by Grab shall be final and not subject to any appeal.

  • Only Entries sent to us during the time period stated on the social contest post will be eligible.

  • Prize winners will be notified of their win via a message on the respective social media channel they submitted their Entry on. Prize winners will need to submit a screenshot of their Star WarsTM Grab app reskin via a private message on Facebook to Grab for verification in order to claim the prize. Grab will provide further details on prize collection.

  • The prize winner consents to the use by Grab and its affiliated companies for an unlimited time, of the winner’s image, photograph, name and Entry (if applicable) for publicity purposes (in any medium), and in advertising, marketing on promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the social contest and submitting an Entry, all participants consent to the same.

  • By submitting your Entry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and consent to the use of your personal data and Entry as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Policy. Where you have provided Grab with personal data of a third party, you represent that you have obtained the consent from such third party to submit their personal data to Grab.

  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and must be redeemed within a specific time frame which shall be advised by Grab. If the Prize is not redeemed during the specific time frame, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Grab shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

  • Grab accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize.

  • Grab reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, this social contest or its terms of conditions with or without prior notice to you.

  • Grab accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the social contest or accepting the Prize.

  • This social contest is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Grab and the customer, which is at Grab’s sole discretion and for which Grab is solely responsible and liable.

  • Grab has the sole discretion to reject any Entries which do not conform to the aforesaid terms.

  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

  • Refer to GrabRewards within the Grab app for Terms & Conditions specified on each Reward

The Walt Disney Company, LucasfilmLtd., and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this contest and reward redemption campaign.

Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

Grab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.

Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.

By taking part in this campaign, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of the Organiser without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organiser shall be final and conclusive.
