About the Event
Tayo ay tatanggap na muli ng TNVS applications simula July 22, 2023 simula 8:00AM sa PICC Forum Hall, PICC Complex, 1307 Pasay City.
1,500 na applications ang ating ipoproseso sa araw na ito para matulungan ang mga aspiring ka-grab.
Alam at danas rin namin ang iyong hirap sa pag-process ng iyong TNVS documents kaya nasaan ka man sa iyong application process, gagabayan ka namin all the way!

CPC Information Booth
Kung may katanungan tungkol sa proseso o requirements ng CPC (Certificate os Public Convenience)
Auto Loan Booth
Maaring mag-inquire sa ating mga partner car dealers at banks.
Grab Car Connect Lounge
Para sa ating mga Operators ng drivers o mga Drivers na naghahanap ng Operators.
TNVS Requirements
Narito ang mga kailangan mong ihanda at i-submit para matulungan ka namin mag proseso sa LTFRB ng iyong Transportation Network Vehicle Services Provisional Authority (TNVS PA).
Requirements:
- Vehicle Year Model (2020 – 2023)
- 5 copies of Verified Application Form (Fill up on a computer and NOT handwritten) [Download here]
- One (1) Photocopy of Vehicle OR/CR of authorized unit/s
- For fully paid – required to bring the Original OR/CR
- Please make sure that the OR/CR is named after the TNVS applicant.
- Proof of Citizenship (Birth Certificate, Passport, Voter’s ID, Marriage Certificate)
- Government Issued ID w/ photo – (ex. Driver’s License)

For encumbered vehicles:
- Certificate of Conformity (COC) or Affidavit of Undertaking (Notarized)
*Bring the original copy of COC upon submission of documents. (if available)
*For applicants without a ready COC, make sure you are able to secure a COC within 15 working days from PA Filing. This document is required during your hearing.As the TNC is responsible for ensuring all documents are authentic, Grab will only be accepting vehicles loaned under one of our affiliated banks: Toyota Financial, Eastwest Bank, Security Bank, BDO, BPI, PSbank.
If your bank is not part of our affiliated partners, we will not process your application.
*Personal Appearance of TNVS Applicant is required when you file your PA application.
*Special Power of Attorney (signed by applicant) will only be accepted if representative is the parent, spouse or children.

Event House Rules
DRESS CODE
Appropriate Attire is required, Guest wearing shorts, sando or slippers will not be allowed to enter.
EVENT RESTRICTIONS
Kids below 7 years of age is not allowed during the event.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- Guest and Organizers are prohibited from bringing in the following: Drugs and other forms of contraband,deadly weapons and objects, Pets and animal, Food and Beverage (other than those served and prepared by the in-house food concessionaire), Alcoholic Beverages(unless, such beverages are coordinated by the Organizer with the in-house food concessionaire.
- Guest and Organizers are prohibited from conducting the following activities: Loitering and Sleeping
- SMOKING and VAPING are strictly prohibited inside the entire PICC Complex.
Testimonials
My TNVS application experience was fast but not that easy. The application form and all requirements were available online so i was able to prepare them before coming to the hub office. To be honest, applying a new unit needs a lot of patience and effort. Lines were long because there were many of us applying. However, the step by step registration procedure was clear and visible, including the requirements for hearing process. The Grab staff were approachable and accommodating to our queries. Many staff were assigned for each step, who received and verified our documents to make sure that they were original, valid (not expired) and came from legitimate offices.
Si Grab ang dahilan kung bakit nagkaroon ako ng sasakyan. Pinadali rin ni grab na makabyahi kaming mga driver katulad ng pagtulong para sa pagsaayos ng mga documents. Salamat kay grab sa mga tulong saming mga driver.
Thank you po at nabigyan uli ako ng pagkakataon na makapagpasok ng new unit sa tulong ng grab at naging mabilis ang pag process ng mga papers kc complete lhat ng mga documents ko after 1 day na ma on boarding ako nakabeyahe nrin po ako. Maraning salamat rin po sa pagtulong skn sa pag pa carlon at nabigyan po uli ako ng pagkakataon para sa aking pamilya Thanks grab
Experience ko from onboarding mabilis yung process lalo na kung naka scheduler ka. sakto sa timeline yung labas ng PA tulad nang sinabi 45-60 working days.. same sa activation process although change unit ako 5 mins lang nakalipat na ako agad sa new unit ko as new driver/operator.
