A: There will only be one (1) winner per hotel.
Q: Can I choose which secret hotel to stay at?
A: No, you cannot choose which hotel or country to stay at. The list of winners will be drawn accordingly in below order:
Batch 1: 1st 10 winners to be drawn – any of the 10 secret hotels in Taiwan
Batch 2: Next 12 winners to be drawn – any of the 12 secret hotels in Japan
Batch 3: Next 1 winner to be drawn – 1 hotel in the Philippines
Batch 4: Next 1 winner to be drawn – 1 hotel in Singapore
Q: In case I won’t be able to use it, is the prize transferrable?
A: Yes, it’s transferable but not convertible to cash.
Q: If I win, wIll Grab shoulder the fare to and from the hotel destination?
A: No. Winner will have to shoulder the fare to and from the the hotel destination.
