How to Make an Order:
GrabMart is an on-demand everyday goods delivery service. You can buy packaged food, beverages, personal care items, and many more all through the Grab app and have it delivered to you.
It’s easy, all you have to do is follow the steps below:
> Open the Grab app. > Click on “Mart”. > Make orders from the desired merchant.
Depending on the stores you are ordering from, you can purchase goods such as:
- Packaged Food (cookies, chocolate, popcorn, etc)
- Drinks (Juice, Milk, Coffee, etc)
- Home Care (Detergent, Dishwashing Liquid, etc)
- Personal Care (Shampoo, Soap, etc)
GrabMart is currently available in select parts of Metro Manila only. Stay tuned as we expand to more areas.
To see which stores are available for delivery, click on the Mart icon on the home page. To ensure the ideal delivery time, we limit the available stores to those within a given distance from your location.
It all depends on the area that you are based in and the store hours. We begin delivering as early as 8 am and as late as 2 am. If a particular store is not available for delivery, you will see it closed on the app.
Given the “Enhanced Community Quarantine” in Metro Manila, the operating hours may differ.
The delivery fee starts at Php120 and varies per location of the store.
As of now, only GrabPay and Cash on Delivery are accepted. You can use any debit/credit card to put cash in your GrabPay wallet. (Learn more here)
There is no minimum order currently for GrabMart orders. However, a small order fee of P30 will be charged for every transaction but the minimum threshold varies per store. The maximum order value is at Php 3,000.
Yes, you can do simultaneous bookings up to 4 orders.
We aim to delivery your items to you instantly. For our beta launch, expect order to be delivered within 60 to 90 minutes depending on order size.
Status of your order can be seen on the app under the “Activity” tab. You can also closely coordinate with your rider via GrabChat.

Depending on the stores you are ordering from, some items might be missing.
The shopper at the store will contact you through SMS. They will inform you which item is missing and ask you to rebook your order once it is cancelled.
Unfortunately, you cannot place an advanced or scheduled order for now.
