- When can I make an Advance Booking?You can book a ride anytime between 90 days to 2 hours prior to your desired pick up time.
- Can I cancel an Advance BookingYou can cancel for free up to 1 hour before your pick up time or within 1 hour if you don’t have a driver. If you do cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled pick up time and you have already been assigned a driver, you will be charged the full fare to compensate them for their time and effort.
- Can I edit/ adjust my booking if my plans change?If you need to make adjustments to your Advance Booking such as the date, time, ride type, or location, please cancel your booking and create a new one.
- What happens if my driver doesn't arrive on time?You will receive timely updates about the status of your driver when they are on their way to you. In case there's any delay and your driver arrives later than your scheduled pick up time you will receive a voucher for your next ride.
- Can I choose the type of vehicle for my advance booking? Is advance booking available for all types of rides?Yes, you can choose the type of vehicle that suits your needs, be it regular GrabBike or GrabCar. You can find the ride options available when booking via the App.
- What payment options are available for advance bookings?All applicable cashless payments are available, no cash payments.
- Can I set reminders for my advance booking?You will receive timely updates about the status of your driver when they are on their way to you. In case there's any delay and your driver arrives later than your scheduled pick-up time you will receive a voucher for your next ride.
- Will I be charged a late fee if my driver arrives early?No, our drivers arrive early so that you can board the vehicle at the pick up time. Late fee is chargeable only if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.
- What if no new driver is available after a cancellation? / What happens if my driver cancels?We'll prioritize a driver to be allocated to you. If your driver cancels, we’ll bump you up the list and have another on standby.
- Can I make an advance booking ride or taxi to the airport?You can book a car in advance for airport transfers at any time, whether it's early morning or late at night.
