5 Easy steps before becoming a GrabFood merchant partner
Step 1: Register through the GrabMerchant App
Apply to become a GrabFood merchant partner via the GrabMerchant App
Note: If you would like to register for more than 1 store or would like to add a branch. (In case you already have a store in the system) you need to register again through the website Click here
Step 2: Fill in information and attach documents
Fill out the store information form and attach important documents

How to check registration status
Step 3 Sign the contract online via the Grab Merchant App or via registered email
If you have passed the documents submitted in step 2, the store will receive an email informing you of the results within 3-5 working days. You can check the status through the App. Stores will receive electronic contract documents via email and sign the contract
Step 4 Open the merchant partner system. Learn how to use the App
