Step 1: Download GrabMerchant App to receive orders
Easily install the app via your mobile phone or order receipt device
Step 2 Log in to the GrabMerchant App
Enter your email and select ‘Forgot your password’ on the GrabMerchant App to receive a new temporary password via email in the subject ‘Reset your Grab Merchant password’
Step 3: Create a menu and open your store status!
Select the ‘Orders’ icon on the home page of the GrabMerchant app to open the store’s status before opening the store to receive orders
