More GrabCoins, more savings!
Redeem GrabCoins and enjoy savings from your everyday actions on Grab in 2 easy ways:
1. Redeem on GrabFood or GrabMart at checkout and see how much you’ve saved.
Minimum balance to redeem: 20 GrabCoins ≈ 1 Thai Baht
2. Redeem in Offers on the booking screen to save.
To enhance your experience and make tracking your rewards simpler, Grab is updating how your GrabCoins balance is displayed: 1 GrabCoin = 1 THB
📌 Your rewards and coin value remain exactly the same.
This change only adjusts the displayed number of coins for easier calculation. The actual value of your discounts is not reduced in any way.
This new display format will be available on Grab app version 5.432.0 and above.
Effective from 12 November 2026 or until further notice by Grab. Please note that individual users may see the new display at different times.
We’ve updated our expiry policy to align with this refreshed experience.
